All was good.

Very good location, easy to find. The owner was a very nice person always ready to help. We arrived by car earlier than than the check in time , but there were no issues and the room was prepared and cleaned for us. The breakfast was superb and served . I can recommend Ammolofoi beach 15 min drive from the property- a very nice sandy beach with a lot of parking lots.

That is was too expensive for what it offered: a simple bedroom and a small pool. It was not very close to the sea and the room was cleaned every other day.

The bathroom too small, the smell in the room was not ok, like from the humidity. Maybe because they gave us the room from downstairs, which is like a basement, but the bonus at that room is that you can enter from outside and you have privacy.

It was very fast, booked 30 min before and we found the host there. Reception non stop. The host very nice and welcoming.

We were put in an in-ground level room which was a bit uncomfortable. Having your windows at street level robs you from every privacy you can have unless you keep your blinds shut and feel like in a bunker. The shower cabin is too small and very slippery. My girlfriend almost broke her tailbone when she fell out of it. Also the prices are high compared to what it offers. There are many alternatives in the same area which offer higher value for money.

The owner is a really nice fellow. The location is also superb as there are ton of parking spaces, it’s quiet and just a short walk from the main beachside alley with all the taverns and shops

The owner is very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is free parking area right to the hotel and the iron was working perfectly which is a rare thing in hotels.

This is our second time staying at Kipos Resort. Very good, quiet environment. Mr Kipos is always very friendly and helpful. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. There is parking as well, close to the town centre and the sea as well. We will definitely visit again and strongly recommend! 👌🏻

The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is away from the hassle of people, so it was quiet, but near enough to go everywhere by foot in minutes. The staff was really helpful and nice. It was clean and taken care of. Recommended.

At check-in, the host seemed friendly, but that’s where the positives end. We booked an “economy” room, which turned out to be a depressing basement unit with direct access to the street. It was dark, unwelcoming, and felt more like a storage room than a place meant for guests. The bathroom was tiny and outdated – the faucet and fixtures looked so old and worn out that it gave off a feeling of poor hygiene. To make matters worse, while there was hot water in the evening, in the morning the water was ice cold – not even lukewarm. But the worst part of our stay was that on the very first day, after returning from the beach, I discovered that a pair of Swarovski earrings was missing from the nightstand – I had deliberately left them there, hesitating whether to wear them or not. When I reported the incident, the manager simply shrugged and said there was nothing he could do, suggesting we call the police if we wanted. No apology, no concern – just complete indifference. Yes, I understand hotels are not responsible for items not stored in the safe, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. This is not just about policy – it’s about basic decency and responsibility. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: think twice and guard your belongings carefully. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frankly, angry. Never again.

Very clean, spacious rooms in a quiet neighbourhood but still in walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The bathroom is tiny, but clean. The hosts are very nice and kind people and they'll try to help you with anything. They only offer breakfast, but you can enjoy drinks by the pool all day long and tavernas are 5 minutes walk.
