How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We stayed 4 nights at Kiperi Exclusive and the hospitality from the hotel owner, his sister, and his mother made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were cleaned daily and they were always available to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was at an additional cost, but everything prepared there was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as the kindness of the owners makes it a truly warm and welcoming place.

If you are on foot without a vehichle just so you know it takes 20 minutes to go the city
The hotel was great, the owner was very friendly and ready to help any time. We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was clean well maintained and we choose the road view wich was nice. The room was well equipedd with all the facilities needed for the stay and every day we had housekeeping service by the staff. The parking was an advantage since we went there with our own car. If u go go Parga with your car this place is perfect since the distane from Parga to the hotel is like 3 minutes.

Our hosts were exceptional and very hospitable, very responsive and attentive. There's a breakfast option which we enjoyed everyday. Located a bit outside of Parga so going by foot to Parga is not very convenient, but with a car/motorbike it's fine. Good location to visit Lichnos Beach from.

Extremely small bathroom and no privacy on the patio.
Very nice staff/ owner, I asked for a frying pan and he actually bought one for me. Comfortable bed and pillows.

everyrhing was super!
room was immaculate, very spacious, with a balcony. Location close to town, parking available at the hotel. Stavros and Kyria Voula were extremely helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel every day, it was delicious!

Everything was perfect.
Location was perfect, near Lychnos beach. Breakfast is unlimited with fresh ingrediencies, do not hesitate. Friendly hosts, ask for anything.

The studio we got had only one A/C unit which was inadequate for all three rooms with beds
The personal attention we received from Mr Stavros, Ms Anna and Mrs Voula. Breakfast was brilliant!

We loved this hotel! Very friendly family owners, spacious and very clean room and flexible regarding our last minute booking and baby bed & breakfast request. Much appreciated! We had dinner at a restaurant very near by with great bay views. We will definitely go back again!

Kiperi Exclusive it's the perfect place to stay meanwhile on holidays in parga. It is so near to the most beautiful beaches, like lichnos, waltos, sarakiniko and near to the center too. The staff was very friendly, helpt us with everything we needed in every hour. The room was clean, perfect and relaxing and the kitchen very useful. The balcony has a geat view to mountain and beach.We highly recommend this structure.

Located on main road out of Parga so a bit noisy; minor plumbing issues including shower curtain that doesn’t cover whole shower stall so water gets everywhere; no hot water from bathroom faucet.
Fairly new property; very accommodating staff; excellent value for money; electric kettle and hot plate; balcony with chairs and table.

We needed an after-hours check in and the owners found the way to make it happen. The personnel went the extra mile during our arrival and stay (and even after our stay) to exceed our expectations. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike
I would give this place more stars if I could, Devine design smelled amazing once I opened the door. Bed was super comfortable with fresh clean bedding, cute toilet and amazing view from the balcony! This place is definitely a yes for anyone considering it. Now the hosts were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us and also recommended the best and cheap places for food!
