The communication with Georgios, the host, was smooth and easy, he provided us with all the necessary information before arrival. The apartment was nice, the kitchen and the apartment well equipped. The whirlpool was a bonus which made our stay cosier.

It was a perfect place to enjoy your vacations! If you have a car you can reach all the beautiful beaches nearby, supermarket and with a short walk (about 15 min) also the center of kolymbia.

Really good experience and great accommodation and especially, a great host. The area is nice and calm, it has everything you need, close to amazing beaches and to a big supermarket chain (car not essential but recommended). The host was always really kind, helpful and friendly which we appreciated a lot. The welcome basket was a great touch, thanks! Recommend 10/10 and will come definitely come back.

Everything on my trip was so good!!! Well apart from the flight, unfortunately, Georgios wasn't incharge of that 😂. I landed alot later than expected, so arrived at the apartment well into the late late evening, very early am. Georgios had already txt to tell me where the keys were and he'd see me in the coming days due to the time. I let myself in easy enough, had a little tour, loved everything I saw but was very tired. I went back into the garden shutting the door behind me, with the keys and my phone on the table, I'd locked the gate... No question after a long day of travel, yes, I managed to get myself locked in the garden. Georgios is texting and calling to make sure I arrived ok with the phone I left on the table indoors, I'm balling, having a meltdown in the garden, about 45mins/1hr later, I heard my name coming from over the gate. God bless him, he saw me in meltdown mode on the cameras, came out very very late, with quite a drive to let me in and it was very late. I was very upset and embarrassed, he was very good about it, kind and courteous. After all this stress, I just went to bed. Woke up and had a real look around the apartment and it's beautiful, very clean. The fridge was packed with goodies which was so sweet, I do alot of AirBnB and had nothing like that. No need to pack your massive hair dryer, there's one there, shampoo, shower gel... Lovely soft towels. The bedding so lovely and the bed super comfy. Loved the hot tub, perfect place to be, love the privacy curtains. Having a little balcony with a little hanging line with pegs is great from late at night or first thing. The lighting is, I love the lighting, took awhile to figure it out, but it's great. Everything matched perfectly including dining wear. Plenty of plug sockets, lack of sockets when away is a travel hate for me, that's probably just me, but it's important to have enough sockets for everywhere and in convenient places.

Distance to the town was a good distance ( 10 to 15 mins walk) that cannot be helped but a car is very useful.

Georgios met us on arrival at the apartment and explained everything in detail. All the equipment was new and everything had been thought of in advance, cleaning materials were provided even washing machine pods!!! Little extras had been thought of like salt pepper and oil , aluminium foil and kitchen roll .It was so, so thoughtful and considerate. We are experienced travellers and have seen all types of accomodation but this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Thoroughly recommend it!!

Joe is a very friendly person and helped us a lot in the stay. He told us places to visit and places where we could have lunch/dinner during the stay. The place is very well located and everything is very clean. He also left us tablets for the dishwasher and for the washing machine and even some products in the fridge. We felt at home.

Everything was very nice and clean. The owner is a very kind and gentle person. He provided us with a places to visit and eat. That was very helpful. The apartment is very cozy and neat. with a beautiful view of the mountains.The closet had capsulv for washing, drying, ironing laundry, vacuum cleaner and more. Shampoos with body gel. Lots of electronic appliances and conditioners helped us a lot. The soft under bed made the atmosphere comfortable. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. A large TV for watching our favorite movies also helped us. Plenty of plates for food, cups, a large sink and a refrigerator with wine, cold water, beer and more. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

There is nothing disagreeable about this place.

From the moment of booking, to the end of the holiday, George was AWESOME!! Great communication at the time of booking, plus he was very attentive on my day of arrival. He took time to explain everything extensively even though it was late at night. The place itself is an absolute gem, in a great location.....I cannot recommend Kimia Luxury apartments enough!. We have already decided to stay there again. There were some nice extras that we didn't expect in terms of hospitality (wine in the fridge, food and coffee).

Everything was amazing, Georgios made us feel at home and welcome. He helped us with organising airport transfer, rental car and activities throughout the island. The property is amazing, and the jacuzzi takes totally makes the trip back home at the end of the day feel even better. Highly recommend.
