Although breakfast was good, it is not a bouffe (the host brought us the various dishes) and we would have liked vegetables and/or fruit (which were not included in the meal). The room does not include a safe.

This is a small hotel, very well located - a short walk from the old city and the lake. It's on a small street off Averof St. (a bit tricky to find) so it's quiet and not noisy. It's a block away from the Archeological Museum, the Clock Tower and the municipality. Lots and lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. They offer free parking - a huge advantage in this part of the city. Our room was a lovely mini-suite with 2 rooms and 2 balconies (although neither has a view) - very comfortable with lots of space. The bathroom is modern and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, with a variety of foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Angela. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return on our next visit to Ioannina.

The woman who works there was very friendly to us, the other 2 staff barely said hi. Upon leaving the key for checkout, the only thing he said was "its paid". No "did you enjoy your stay", "thanks for staying with us" or even "have a good day!" That obviously affects the stay.

The location is in the center but in a quiet place. The entire hotel has a family feel. The bathroom is a bit small but the housekeeping is very good with towels changed every day and the floor mopped. The breakfast is not buffet but served at table, not western style but one can have an authentic taste of Greece. The staff are friendly.

Breakfast was very basic even though quantity was plenty, but quality suffers. I would prefer less but better quality. There is a restaurant underneath which is great but that means that there is a lot of noise so we were not able to sleep till 2 in the morning. Understandable though as you can expect that at a central place where people go to have fun. Generally a very good stay. I would go back but not return to the hotel early or join the people eating and drinking at the restaurant 🤣

Regardless that my booking did not have breakfast, I did have breakfast, and paid for it of course. The thing is that I found the breakfast a bit poor. For example there was only filter coffee available. And only one egg per person. For example I do not eat bread but we were served, Tsoureki and bread and Jam, I do not need any of these. If there was an open buffet I would have just chosen the thing that I prefer and this would also cost less for the host as well.

The hotel was in a central place in Ioannina, really close to everything. There was private parking for bikes or cars so we could park safely without worries. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Beds need to be bit softer.

The very first hotel we met this much clean and cozy. Location is cool as it is in the center of the city so you may take your touristic tour on foot. Rooms are very comfortable. The only thing was missing is the bit softer bed. All was EXCELLENT!!! On our back home we got that my husband's parents had stayed in this hotel when his mom was pregnant and expected my husband. Recommended !!!

The Breakfast . They bring you to the table what they have. Mostly bread . I couldn't eat it but you have a lot of good places around for breakfast . The cafe was nice.
