Located in Faliraki, Kelly's luxury apartements is the perfect place to spend your family vacation in Rhodes. The apartement is fully equipped, and very comfortable. All areas are supper clean and well maintened. Garry and the wonderful staff did everything they can to make sure we will have a good time. Breakfast is varied and generous.

The size of Kelly's was great for our young child, not too busy and it had lots of shade for her to relax in! We did travel off season so I think this would be different during summer months! The breakfasts in the morning were excellent and the location was perfect, not too far away from bars, restaurants etc but far enough to not hear the strip etc

My husband and I stayed at Kelly's for 14 nights. It was our 2 week workation (work + vacation). I will try to give as many details as I possibly can. Property: This boutique-style hotel is run by a family. The family has a construction business and they built this back in 2022. Since the property is new, it feels fresh. They have only 11 rooms and most days we felt quite a private and luxurious experience with entire seemingly for ourselves (This is because we went in May, summer could be packed). The entire property is super clean and they maintain it all around. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. There is a kitchenette with all basic equipment for cooking. Our bedroom had a balcony (I think all rooms have a balcony facing the road). The rooms are cleaned daily, which was amazing. Free parking too. Wifi: This was most important aspect for us. Wifi was stable 95% of the time and did not hamper our work. Pool area: We spent a lot of time around the pool. This was our main reason to book as well. The swimming pool is 1.4m throughout and it has pool side beds and beautiful cabanas. You get pool towels too. Food: We did not see in any other reviews but they have good food on property until 5pm (see pictures). We ate 12 out of 15 lunches. The chef is their family member. She worked at 5-star hotel earlier as chef. Apart from tasty Moussaka, we loved the Penne Chicken Broccolino Pasta and Pasta Carbonara. The rates are very reasonable and same as any restaurant nearby. Breakfast has the usual suspects with warm food + cold cuts. However, everyday they serve different Greek dish, one cake (changes daily). Location: The place is located 10 mins walk away from Kathara Bay & Faliraki beach. There are good restaurants nearby and a great bakery called Sarikas. Couple of restaurants we loved in the area - Village Taste and Spitiki Gonia. We chose last 2 weeks of May. Weather during our stay was a mix of hot, sunny, slightly windy and slight rains.

On the first day our private jacuzzi was way too hot so we couldn’t use it. We informed Geri and they fixed it very fast so we had the opportunity to use the jacuzzi from our second day on.

Geri and his staff were super friendly, funny and warm-hearted. The hotel is in a quite place but still close to the restaurants and night life. With just about 14 rooms it’s a pretty private place so it’s really relaxing including the pool. All in all the location was great and the food was really good as well.

However, the mould in the bathroom (likely due to poor ventilation) was a bit unpleasant. We also didn't use the jacuzzi because it wasn’t properly cleaned and had sand inside.

The apartments are really comfortable and in a good location, with shops and the city center within walking distance. The property is beautiful, and the pool is large enough to relax and stay refreshed all day. The breakfasts are delicious! There were 4 of us, and note that there is only one bedroom with 2 sleeping places, while the other 2 people sleep on the pull-out sofa.

We just spent a week here and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast was perfect every morning with so much variety and the rooms were immaculate, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and my 2 year old nephew JJ just loved Egla , she was just amazing with him <3 the housekeeping done a great job and provided us with fresh towels daily. The location was good and close to faliraki strip. The week was so peaceful & relaxing and we will definitely be back! Thank you to you all!

Such a lovely hotel to stay in! The apartment has everything you need, is modern and very clean. We loved the spa bath on the terrace, and the pool is stunning. All the staff are lovely! We’ll be coming back for sure!

Aircon in the bedroom didn’t work and gave a bad smell. Luckily there was another aircon unit in the kitchen area so we left the door open so the bedroom got cool. Mentioned the problem so hopefully the problem got solved once we left.

We booked Kelly’s Luxury Apartments after the first hotel we was staying at was not what we was expecting. Once we arrived at Kelly’s luxury apartments we could have not been happier. It is a beautiful set up, Geri was so welcoming on our arrival and helpful during our stay. The rooms are so clean and so spacious. The facilities are great, we really liked the pool and the sun beds. The plunge pool out the back of the room was a great touch and nice to sit in on an evening. The location is perfect there is a shop 2 minute walk from the apartments. We will definitely visit again!

Nice and new apartments at peaceful place of Faliraki. Geri and his team was helpful with everything, excellent service from them. Very good breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes, crepes, pies…. If you stay at swimming pool during day, there is a possibility of snacks and drinks (homemade pizza, gyros, salads). We traveled a lot by car during day and the pool always refreshed us in the evening ;-) We had ground apt with jacuzzi on the our terrace and super relax there before going for some trips :-) Many Greece taverns close to apartments, just 5-7 min walk. So THANK YOU ALL THERE!
