We've been to Greece multiple times and this is by far the best place we've stayed!!! Kostas and his entire family are extremely warm and welcoming! They made us feel home and made our vacation so relaxing. All the amazing breakfasts, fruits, sweets served by Katsios accompanied with the best Parga view you could imagine of, made us forget our phones and just enjoy! Not to mention that the apartment was super clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay, coffee and welcome drinks in the fridge. And the balcony!!! Whatever I say won't be enough to explain the best hosts ever! Thank you for making us forget the routine and just enjoy life! Absolutely wonderful stay at Katsios Studio in Parga! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every morning they brought us a delicious breakfast, and in the afternoons, after returning from the beach, they surprised us with refreshing ice cream, such a thoughtful gesture! The studio was spotless thanks to their daily cleaning service, and everything was kept in perfect condition throughout our stay. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel more like family than guests. If you are looking for a place in Parga that combines comfort, cleanliness, and truly exceptional hospitality, Katsios Studio is the perfect choice. Would love to return again!

We had a wonderful stay and were truly satisfied with both the accommodation and the location. The breakfast was absolutely delicious offering a great start to the day. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming — always willing to help us with anything we needed. Everything was great

We travel quite a lot and can honestly say that this is the most welcomed and taken care of we felt in an accommodation. The studio is perfect for a couple, the matrice is very comfortable, it's spotlessly clean and the terrace is as amazing as you see on the pictures. We were there end of December and took our amazing home-made breakfast on the terrace every day. Absolute bliss. The breakfast deserves a seperare paragraph. It was a compliment as nowhere in the description of our booking we chose a breakfast option and this made it all the more special. It's prepared with love by the lovely owner, evert day different home-made goodness, fresh squeezed juice from oranges of their garden, plated and served beautifully. The place is sparkling clean, they were coming every day to clean while we were away. The kitchen is a nice feature, although we didn't use it much, it was stocked with water, sodas, beer, coffee and tea and pastries. The location is also excellent - close to the old city, the marina and the city beach. I can't recommend Katsos studios enough. We are looking forward to coming back with the kids. We loved everything

The hosts, Kostas and Makhi, are so nice. They were waiting for us at the door when we arrived. They explained everything to us. Makhi brought breakfast tray every morning that we couldn’t finish. On the last day she sent dinner for us. We really appreciate her kindness. The apartment is spacious with a lovely balcony with the view of Parga harbor. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a king bed. All the amenities are in tip top shape. Harbor and the beach are at about 10 minutes walk.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The place is homely and modern at the same time, it is very spacious, literally equipped with everything, the bed was very comfortable and the place was always sparkling clean. They awaited us with pre-chilled drinks, which was superb in the heat. There are no words for the balcony and the view from it, it amazed us every time. The hosts are very attentive, kind and generous. The breakfast, with which they made every morning an excellent start... not even in the best restaurants do they make a more delicious omelette than the one we got here, with fresh, crunchy fruits and sweet bakery products. They even took us out to the bus station early in the morning of our departure, we didn't expect it at all and it was very nice. In short and concisely, we have been missing this wonderful place ever since we came here, and one hundred percent that we would book here again without a second thought, when we come to Parga again. σε ευχαριστώ για όλα!

Everything exceeded our expectations: the room was perfectly clean and well equipped, the view was wonderful, the hosts were brilliant and always surprising us with snacks and a delicious breakfast. You really feel like it's a home away from home. We would definitely come back and would recommend this place to anybody going to Parga, by far the best accommodation we've been to in Greece

Everything from our spacious and spotlessly clean room and perfect location for us with a car, to the fantastic hospitality of the hosts was spot on and the highlight of our month in Greece. We absolutely loved our stay. Delicious breakfast each morning was such a treat. Beautiful view from balcony and just a short walk to main area. We were met with the warmest welcome and the continued hospitality was amazing. We felt at home and so welcome.

That we didn't stay for longer! Everything was perfect.

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. The view from the terrace was across the old town to the bay with the Venetian castle perched on the cliff to one side was breath-taking. The hosts were lovely and as others have reported even though we were only on a room only basis we were brought a superb breakfast in the morning The studio was spacious with space just outside the door to park the car. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and the aircon worked efficiently. The space consisted of a kitchen/dining area with a convertible bed, bathroom with over bath shower and bedroom with the giant size bed and a convertible bed. From the bedroom french windows led onto a terrace with a table and chairs. As we were just two people using the space we didn't try any of the convertible beds but the double bed was very comfortable for us. The seafront at Parga is a five or six minute downhill walk while the return walk may take a few minutes longer depending on your level of fitness. The family also have a cocktail bar - Il Posto - on the seafront which is highly recommended. We just wish that we had stayed for longer.

Our trip to Parga was made so special by the kindness and generosity from Macha and Kostas our hosts. The accommodation is absolutely spotless, we booked self catering but everyday we had the most amazing breakfast brought to us which we had on our lovely balcony looking down to the sea. Not only breakfast but lots of extras, the fridge had juice, coke and beer, some days we were left fruit and cake it was all so lush. The apartment was fully kitted out the kitchen had a full size oven and fridge, there was even a washing machine in the bathroom. You do not need for anything! If we return to Parga we will always stay at Katsios Studios ❤️

The apartment Is beautiful, with a wonderful view, fully equipped and located in a strategic positition. But what we appreciated most Is the friendly and warm hospitality of Machi and Kosta. Although It was raining most of the time, our stay of six days has been a great experience.

Met with coffee and cake by Dimetriou and his Mother. The apartment was big, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The view is fantastic and a short walk to town. Did we mention the great hosts? Breakfast was unexpected and very tasty. 10/10
