Great quiet location. 2 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Supermarket very close. The room was spotless and cleaned daily if required. Great instructions from Terry on how to access keys and door code for entrance to building. Communication from Terry was superb from start to finish. Option on last day to use a local hotel pool and shower prior to going to airport if you have a later flight was a superb added bonus. Highly recommend staying here.

I was very pleased with absolutely everything about this location. First of all it is very clean. Towels are changed daily. From my room you could see the sea and hear the waves. I mean it is very close to the beach, which in Santorini is a big plus. Moreover, Terry is a very nice guy, he always gave me the information I needed. Finally he also helped me with the airport transfer. I highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing place for a true getaway! The location is perfect — everything you need is nearby: the sea, shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping that made us feel comfortable and at home. My mom and I felt incredibly cozy, and I’m so glad I chose to stay in Kamari instead of Oia or Fira. It’s a whole different experience — quieter, more convenient, and much closer to the sea. Being just steps away from the beach made our vacation easy and enjoyable — we simply opened the door and were already soaking up the sun and sea breeze without any hassle. Terry was wonderful and very supportive whenever needed. We communicated frequently about various questions, and he always responded promptly. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who values comfort, coziness, and a relaxing stay!

A British family in the room next to us was screaming and talking loudly and it was heard through the walls.

The room was modern and nice, good location as well. Also during the day of check out the owner was helpful in having contacts with another hotel who let us store luggage there during day, so we could stay at beach for a few more hours before leaving later to Fira where we stayed the next night. So even though we could not store luggage at Sunray he resolved it for us in a good way which was really kind.

Some exterior noise in the early hours of the morning, also heavy footed occupants in above apartment. Shower had a leak which made bathroom floor wet after each shower.

The property is very close to the beach, our room had a nice sun exposure and sea view. The ladies cleaning would ask if we wanted the room cleaned every day and on our last day we were able to leave our bag to a hotel nearby, use their beach facilities, pool, showers and so on at no cost which was a nice touch.

The hotel is at the end of Kamari beach, but it wasn't a problem getting there and we had plenty of restaurants to chose from. We liked this end of the beach better anyway. We messed up the check-in as we did not look at the pictures the host sent. There are two entrances facing two different streets, so pay attention to the instructions. It was no problem reaching the host by phone and sorting things out. The room was very clean with a nice balcony and a comfy bed. We found the next door Captain's corner restaurant a bit overrated, but we only visited once. On the other hand the nearby Erotokritos Cretan Bakery was outstanding. It is also easy to visit Perissa by boat. They leave right from the beach, not far away from the hotel. Great stay.

Dear host, we always describe our impressions honestly, including those that are not entirely positive, although many of them are just hints, which just for us - would have made the stay even more pleasant - the bathroom needs more attention. The cleaning ladies did not seem to take into account which rooms were empty at any given time - as a result, due to our morning and afternoon activities, cleaning interfered with our relaxation around midday.

Conveniently located at one end of the promenade in Kamari, the walk to the beach is just a few minutes, similarly to the nearest restaurants, bakeries or mini-markets. Room furnished to a standard, likewise the bathroom. The biggest plus point is the extremely communicative host who gave us lots of fantastic advice, even though this was not our first stay on the island. Last but not least is the ‘partnership’ with the nearby Sunshine Hotel / Psatha Restaurant, which for Sunray Lodgings guests results in access to the hotel's pool, sunbeds, towels - spending only about €15 per person per day
