Breakfast selection was a little limited for someone who didn’t like eggs, however, this was a minor detail.

We loved how welcoming and kind all of the staff were, in particular, Dina who checked us in and went above and beyond for us during our stay.

Absolutely everything! Katikies gardens is a magical place. Everything was perfect, the food delicious, the staff friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel is absolutely stunning and we even got an upgrade. We hope to be back again. Thank you so much ♥️

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are well kept, the staff are extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever experienced. We would strongly recommend staying here!

I can’t even think of one thing, everything was amazing. Service was 10/10 and it had such a luxury feel.

We loved how kind and friendly the staff were, the tranquility of the old monastery, really gave a zen feeling to the hotel everywhere you went. The rooms and the bed were so comfortable and spacious. We had a senior suite with a bubble pool room 201 and it was amazing, the pool was just the right size for a quick dip with a toddler

We like a cup of tea in the morning, so a kettle in the room would have been perfect. There is a coffee machine provided.

Breakfast was included and had an al a carte menu. We were right in the centre of Fira but you would not know it, it was very quiet. Plenty of places to eat and drink and take in the famous sunsets.

We were moved to Katikies Kirini in Oia prior to arrival due to delayed opening of the hotel. Katikies Kirini was absolutely amazing. So pristine it hurts your eyes

Loved everything. But if I have to say one thing.. It’s a bit of a hike from the room to the town and not advisable for anyone with health conditions . But it is so worth it with the views of the caldera.

Exceptional property and exceptional service. The views of the caldera are breathtaking from the room and private balcony. Can’t get enough of it. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing! When we arrived for our honeymoon, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, some sweets, and a bottle of wine in our room. The breakfast was the best I've had in years, especially in hotels in Greece. We absolutely recommend!

Nothing, we really could not fault the place

Wonderful hotel in fantastic location in the middle of town. I little tranquil oasis in the hub of where you needed to be. Katrina looked after us so well, she remembered the things we liked even when we ourselves forgot! We were upgraded to a private pool room free of charge which was beautiful. The room was luxurious and spacious with gorgeous bulgari toiletries and a very comfy bed. Pool and pool area was super clean, very comfy beds and a breath taking view. The pinnacle of the stay was the breakfast. Such care and attention to detail was given. The food was all locally sourced and home made where possible and presented beautifully by extraordinarily attentive and caring staff.

Our bathroom might have benefited from having a separate or dedicated shower rather than a shower within a bath. It may not be so easy to use for guests with compromised mobility. Some more accessible shelving or drawers for clothes would be useful.

The hotel is a beautiful renovation of an old monastery. The facilities are excellent and our room had everything that we required and was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast which was included with our stay is superb and there was plenty of choice to suit most tastes. The main point of difference is the quality of the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive and made our stay very special. Finally we had an excellent dining experience at the Selene restaurant which we would highly recommend. We also note that the wine tasting experience in the hotel is also really good and a most enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours.

No complementary transport to port or airport like other 5 star hotels!

-Amazing reception especially Thanesia, She was super friendly and welcoming made us feel like VIP. Her smile was always there and was always happy to do anything to make the stay better. -Location is best in Fira -Probably the most comfortable & clean bed I be ever slept on in a hotel. -Free upgrade was very generous

The hotel staff welcomes you from the minute you get off the Taxi and stays with you until you’re settled down in your room. Rooms are very clean and get cleaned at least twice a day. Great breakfast and a swimming pool with the best view in the city. The hotel is right in the middle of Thira in walking distance from all the city has to offer.
