Amazing staff and amazing owner, Great location, close to beach,, shops and everything else you need for a holiday. Clean swimming pool with staff keeping an eye on the kids just in case . I'll definitely be back again 😀

Location is perfect, outside city but yet close by bus or taxi if you would like to visit it. Beach is 5 min away, supermarket is 3 min and closest restaurant is 2 min away. Swimming pool was very useful during midday, and clean. Rooms are clean and with air condition. I would definitely stay there again and I hope I will.

WiFi on the second floor was very week. Because of the closeness to the airport we could hear every plane talking off and landing.

Good apartment for the price. Close to the airport (15 min) and the city (20 min), bus stop is in 3 minutes from the place, the beach is in 5 minutes, supermarkets are in 5 minutes walk. The owner is friendly. The apartment had all the essentials for spending a week there.

Wifi signal only reached our balcony, but it was okay nontheless

The owner is very nice, you have your own privacy and balcony where you can have your morning or evening coffee. The pool is available for everyone staying and its clean. The stay is really close to the beach. There are some really good food places close by. AC in the room was on point.

It's centrally located and close to stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, the beach, and bus stop. At the same time, there's no crime and the location is quiet enough to relax and rest and hear the waves and singing crickets at night.

Beach nearby is a 6 minutes walk (which is ok) but very small & simple. One bar with a few sunbeds/umbrellas. (probably specific to our room) no shower curtain or anything, so showering is making everything wet (even though the water pressure is ridiculously low - I wouldn't call this a shower) - and no shower floormat!! We stayed 7 days. You get just 4 big towels, no dishcloth, handcloth, shower floormat for your feet. No cleaning during the stay. No fresh towels, just dry them outside on the rack. Not al dishes in the kitchen were clean. Airco only in the bedroom, not in kitchen/living room (takes long time to cooldown, so we left airco running all day). Simple furniture & design (to be expected for the low price)

Use this hotel if you have a car and are away most of the day, not if you want to hang out all day. We had a Family Appartment. No oven, but you have a kitchenette. I read many mentions of bad Wifi. Our Wifi was fine (our room was near the router...) Very low price (so difficult to compare with other hotels that have better looking facilities/rooms but are 2x the price) Good supermarket very nearby. Nice pool with some tables in a shaded area. Simple setup, but good. Airco not connected to key, so you can keep your apartment cool. If you have a car within 10-15 min drive there are many nice beach bars on Karteros Beach, 30 min tot Malia Beach. Many restaurants nearby. We liked Pan Asia, because well, it's not Greek food (gets kinda repetative after a few weeks) and good quality asian food.

They don't give us some small soap for hands. The pillows were strong and smell awfully even we have changed the covers. Don't have towel for cleaning feet when you go out from shower. Face towel was not provided. Only 1x bath towel for 7 days for each person was provided with hard sandpaper texture. Slow water flow in shower. There was no insect screen on the shower window, so all the mosquitoes came into the room. White wall view from balcony instead having view from swimming pool. The lights inside the bedroom hit your eyes so you cannot relax or read a book. The bathroom door dont have key to lock. Instead this have 1 big hole so they can see what you do inside. Room For 4 people is only for friends or family to stay but not for 2x couples. The second room dont have aircondition and the beds cannot be as one together because they are placed along the room the one after the other. It is something that cannot be seen in the provided photoes of the room. The room wasn't very well cleaned when we received it. Had everywhere black hairs, dust and we have found 2x small lizards inside room.

I new that I booked an old facility with a good fee but the room was very dirty! Nobody asked for towels and nobody cleaned the room during the 8 days we stayed I had to clean the bathroom because it was very dirty and to clean all the hair from the shower The curtain was very dirty. The air condition was placed on a wrong position and the cool air was coming straight to our heads so we had to wake up and turn it off and after an hour we had to woke up to turn it on. When the air condition was on water was falling from the wall to the floor I would never book again and I really can't understand why this hotel is in Booking.com

BATHROOM DIRTY BEYOND IMAGINATION AND SMELL OF PUBLIC TOILETS. ON THE WARDROBE I FOUND A TUFF OF HAIR FROM THE PERSON WHO LIVED THERE PREVIOUSLY – REALLY LIKE THAT?? I HAD TO BUY CLEANING PRODUCTS FROM THE STORE TO CLEAN FOR THE WHOLE 6 HOURS SO WE COULD SLEEP IN HERE! WE HAD NO WHERE TO GO! HAD TO STAY THERE FORCED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BECAUSE BOOKING.COM POLICY. IF I LEFT I HAD TO PAY HALF OF THE AMOUNT IN ADVANCE TO THIS OWNER WHO IS SO GOOD AND POLITICAL - EMANUEL. THIS IS A LIE!!! IT WAS CHEAP, BUT NOW I KNOW WHY IT WAS SO CHEAP! MY LESSON HAS BEEN LEARNED! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU STAY HERE! I HAVE TALKED TO SO MANY PEOPLE FROM THERE. ALL WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE CONDITIONS OFFERED.
