Having a balcony would have made our stay more pleasant.

Online I was told I would have a balcony and we did not. Otherwise, everything was great including the breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The bar was super cute!

We stayed in two connecting rooms as a family of 5, which was convenient, but they were honestly quite small individually.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the rooms were clean. We were also able to keep our bags at reception until the afternoon after checking out, which made sightseeing on our last day in Athens much easier. The location was not super central but easily accessible through public transport. Lots of places to eat or buy snacks within walking distance.

The location is right on the edge of a less respectable area. We walked up to the Archaeological museum, which felt a little uncomfortable. After that we took taxi's in and out, which were cheap and easy via the uber app.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Air Conditioning worked very well. Having two interconnecting rooms worked really well for the family. Breakfast was a really nice mix, and plentiful.

It was a great location for the hop on half off bus Food around there was excellent as well. They had a bread factory that had the best food, bakery goods, and desserts.

On the photos I saw that the hotel has a beautiful view of the Acropolis, however this view is not from a terrace but rather from some specific rooms. This was very disappointing as I was expecting to be able to see the Acropolis from a common area of the hotel and get some night pictures of this Acropolis during our stay.

Location was great. Note that the hop on and off bus has a stop (#12) opposite the hotel so no need to walk for 15 minutes to find a hop on and off bus station. Subway was also literally around the corner.

Unfortunately the area behind the hotel has become run down, frequented by marginalised members of society. Ask at the desk for directions and how to navigate to avoid these rough places.

Super helpful and friendly desk staff. Rooms were clean and ready and the breakfast was more than we expected. Eggs cooked in several ways, bacon, sausages, toasts, cheeses, fruit and more!

The shower was a challenge evertime. The shower doors open small, the tub was too high and the tub was very small. The rest of the bathroom was OK.

The train station was close, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast had a nice variety. Hotel was clean.

The neighborhood really is unpleasant and doesn’t feel safe in the evening.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the a/c very comfortable. Some people in the reviews wrote that it’s nosy because of the busy traffic, we didn’t think so and actually haven’t heard any traffic noise at all.

Really nothing except I didn't spend too much time right by the hotel. I didn't see too many places to eat close by. But, the hotel has breakfasts, etc.

I stayed at this beautiful place twice on my trip. Once at the start and once at the end of my time in Greece. It was wonderful and I would stay there again, should I ever get back to Greece. The location is awesome. I rode the metro often and I was only 2 - 3 minutes from the metro line.

The breakfast could start earlier. 7 AM is sometimes late if you need to have a tour or catch a plane early in the morning.

We booked a room with 2 single beds and one double bed. They gave us two connected rooms so we had planty of space. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean.

Some streets are a little doggy here. But I note that police cars were 100m from hotel so that was good Ac can b v cold.
