How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Hello, I'll start by saying that we were welcomed with a wonderful smile by Mrs. Katerina who was nice to me from the first sight and conversation, the accommodation was more than ok with the terrace, we had accommodation on the ground floor, the rooms each with air conditioning, bathroom with shower, in the room you have a fridge, TV and a kitchenette, outside you had a barbecue and a fairly large covered area where you could sit and eat something, the linen was changed every 3 days I think but we asked to change only a few towels because I don't think you at home change the bed linen every 3-4 days but at the hotel you have demands, Mrs. Katerina guided us to the area where we could go and what we could visit. The beach is very close to the location, you can walk for 2-3 minutes and it is without stones, and to the center of the resort 5, next to the accommodation you also have 2 supermarkets where they have everything, we were very pleased that we also had a parking space which is close to the location and is only theirs, upon departure we even received a bottle of olive oil from their orchard. We will gladly return to you and we felt wonderful Boss

One downside was the Wi-Fi—it didn’t work inside the rooms, only on the balcony, which was especially frustrating for my son. I had to work remotely for a few days, so I set up a workspace on the balcony. Thankfully, there were two tables and a power outlet, but it got quite hot in the afternoon.
Excellent location—just steps from the beach, the promenade, and several large supermarkets nearby. This was our second visit, and this time we stayed in the Apartment with balcony. Everything was brand new and spotless. The beds were very comfortable, same for the mattresses and pillows, the sheets were squeaky clean. Sheets and towels were changed frequently. There is secured parking place 200m from the appartments, which we really appreciated. The hostess is incredibly welcoming—we truly felt at home. If we return to the area, we’ll definitely stay here again. We highly recommend these apartments!

The hosts were very kind. Katerina was very smiley, helpful and communicative. The location is perfect, maybe a little bit noisy bacause of the main road upside.

The property does not have its own parking space but you can find nearby places to park your car. However, the property has one parking space and you can use it to unpack your lugages.
Check in fast and easy. The location is very close to the beach and tavernas. The owners are very nice. Discount markt is very close and so is a good coffee shop. Also it is a quite zone so it is perfect if you are traveling with child

Katerina is an excellent host. We enjoyed so much our stay at her place. The apartment is modest, but has all the needed facilities and is very spacious. Large living room and bedroom. Very spacious toilet with big shower area. And most importantly, it has a huge balcony, in which we spent most of our day :) (for the time we were inside) She was there for us all the time, to answer any needs we had. She even offered to do our laundry, but we did it at a self-service point. Our toddler was also super happy to see the cats downstairs and Katerina was always so kind with him, even gifting him some toys. I was personally a bit sceptic when booking, but the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We´re certainly going back there sometime soon. Thank you, Katerina!

Everything was wonderful. We had a very nice time.
The location of the accommodation is very good, as it is only a five minute walk from the beach. The apartment is simple and beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The fridge, cupboards, kitchen (fully equiped), everything was spotless. The beds were also extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. The internet was reliable and the TV worked perfectly. Hot water available at all hours. The balcony was very spacious, with two clothes dryers and pegs. Mrs. Katerina was lovely, very helpful, very engaged with her guests, and she also introduced us to her cats, Markella and Birbilo.

Perfectly located,only 2 minutes away from the beach and markets. The apartment is equiped with everything you need for your stay.Room cleaning and new clean towels after every two nights.Safe parking place only few minutes distant from the apartment.Possibility to wash your clothes if you ask. Lovely owner Katerina who is there for you anytime of the day. I can only recommend😊

The room was too small and the bathroom too. There weren’t place we can park our car. The hotel is on one very small street and you don’t have where to stop only to put out the luggage from the car. During our stay the hotel had a water problem and one day we had no water, so it was very uncomfortable for us.
The host was very nice and kind with us.
