Since the nice room was underneath the roof you have to hand-carry your [maybe heavy luggage] three levels on a small stair because there is no elevator.

Got a nice room directly underneath the roof with terrace from there we had a nice view. Breakfast was very good which won’t be served directly at the hotel but at a restaurant [5 min walk; you get a voucher for the breakfast] nicely located at big place. The lady at the reception was very helpful.

11 out of 10! The room was very large and so perfect for our last days in Greece. Fridge, couch, kettle, coffee tea juice. Room was refreshed daily. The staff extremely responsive and helpful. I had a parcel delivered there and they paid the upfront delivery fee before I repaid them. The bus station is just around the corner. Helpful if travelling by bus. Minutes from all restaurants, sites and the gorgeous city beach a 10 minutes walk. Love this place.

There is nothing that could be better

A centrally located hotel at the old town. We had booked a junior suite which was very spacious and clean with all required amenities. The staff was very kind and showed great interest in making our stay comfortable. We definitely recommend it.

The terrace provides a nice view, but has unstable flooring and no shade, which makes it unlikely to use during a hot sunny day.

I forgot a packet with macarons in the fridge. After 15 minutes, I called them, Anda they answered macarons were in the garbage. But they offer to pay for the sweets. So all were fantastic 👏.

This wasn't a problem for us, but the rooms are all up quite a few stairs, so be aware if there are any mobility issues.

We stayed in the top floor castle view room and the terrace with view of the castle and hills was really lovely. Bed was comfortable. Easy to find parking nearby and also close to many shops and restaurants. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Excellent hotel at the outskirts of old town. Friendly staff and well equiped rooms with all amenities! We booked a standard room for our wedding and the staff offered us the suite without charge when they found out is was our wedding. We did not ask, we did not beg, we just asked for a late checkout to have some time to get ready and they not only obliged but offered us the suite! Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!

Thin curtains, eye covers needed to sleep past sunrise. Stairs (third floor). Off site included breakfast was large but inflexible, best to buy what you want. Saturday night (Sunday morning) noisy outside.

Location is adjacent to a school yard where the boisterous sounds of children playing can be excessively loud when school is in session. Windows helped to dim the noise. Bathroom is a bit outdated. A nicer shower system would have been appreciated.

Loved the location in regard to its centrality to all Nafplio sights, restaurants, and stores, plus a large grocery store. Spacious comfortable room with ample clothing storage and a desk for working. Staff were lovely.

The bathroom was a little tight for room and the sound insulation between the rooms up and down was not that great however, when you are staying in an older property this is to be expected and comes with the originality.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was beautifully decorated and with a location very close to the centre of Nafplio but also just enough on the outer perimeter to be peaceful at night. The breakfast is arranged at a nearby cafe in the central square of Nafplio and both the location an the quality/variety of the breakfast was exceptional.

This is a hotel at the very beginning of the old town. Therefore, it is convenient to get in touch with the neighborhood, public transport, or the parking lot. The room is very spacious. Quiet. Property is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Nafplio. It also allows for extremely easy access with a car (if you are driving to Nafplio). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating -- our plane into Athens was delayed and the front desk person stayed an hour after the usual check-in time to make sure we were able to check-in in spite of our late arrival. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated -- it felt like we were visiting family while benefitting from all the latest features and facilities in the room. We were charmed by the property, pampered by staff, and loved the location and vibe. We would stay in Kastello hotel any time we are back in Nafplio.
