This place is an absolute gem! It’s beautifully clean and the staff are amazing. We had the two bedroom superior apartment, with the biggest balcony ever! I don’t want to say anything else because I want to keep it a secret so that we can return next year!

Very clean, nice pool area and not too crowded. Parking place is close and secured which is great since the area everywhere outside of the resort is busy and impossible to park. Staff is lovely and helpful and the accommodation was good with regular cleaning service . It is a wonderful estate/resort, especially when travelling with children

We receveid upgrade with an apartament with 2 bedrooms and nice pool în front of The terrace.thanks a lot for it:🙂.parking în the courtyard , i think it's important to have private parking because Streets are very narrow and it's dificult to find parking .

STAIRS: main issue upon arrival was that they gave us a room on top floor (third) with SO many stairs to climb. On booking no mention of stairs! and we booked a suit for us as a couple with two little kids (1 year and 4 years old) it felt absolutely unsafe for us, to open the door and have so many stairs right in front of it with 1 year old. We spoke to Stephanos the owner, and he was so respectful and nice he suggested cancelling our booking with no fees. However it was night time and we were tired, we decided to stay the night and think about it. In the morning Stephanos said that one of the ground floors rooms is going to be available and if we wish he can move us. We gladly accepted. The ground floor room was much more suitable for us and was with a bigger living room area and much bigger bathroom. We felt more comfortable. Rooms are very old (both the third floor and the ground), NOT well maintained. In desperate need for renovation. bathroom closet was broken, also in the kitchen, part of the sun blocking blinds were broken, hair dryer was broken, doors hard to open and broken, all in all very dated furniture. I would suggest playing music in the pool area (doesn't need to be loud). Adding pizza to the lunch menu would be great for so many kids as well.

Pool area and the grounds around were really beautiful, very well kept, vert nice and relaxing. Not crowded. no need to rush into reserving pool chairs. Staff was really kind and nice. Owners (Stephanos and his father) were really amazing and kind. We truly appreciate kindness and good hosting. Very responsive to our questions and requests. One day we asked what would help against mosquitos because we had so many in our living room and Stephanos brought us few machines against mosquitos right away. Breakfast was good enough. Good quality of food. The hotel's restaurant was good for us for lunch. pretty tasty. Pretty close to the beach and the restaurants on the beach. about 10-15 minutes walk (maybe less without kids). Also few good restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment with pool and it was fabulous. We looked around at various places and picked Kassandra as it was close enough to the beach but also close enough away from the main street. Breakfast was lovely and both the main and room pools were amazing. We will definitely stay again when there. Thank you guys!!

Kitchen isn’t ideal to cook. Too small with limited space and utensils.

Our apartment was up a lot of steps, which was a bit nervewracking with very small kids.

Katerina & crew are fantastic people, and the whole place is fantastic. We really enjoyed our whole week there, especially with the kids splashing around in the pool every day. Location, service & amenities are all top notch.

What a fantastic holiday! We booked here last minute after a nightmare experience at a nearby hotel and we were over the moon when we walked into the resort with it’s beautiful gardens, wicker sunbeds and furniture, two swimming pools and pleasant bar area. Our room was excellent offering size and luxury (we loved the balcony with two seating areas) and was cleaned to a high standard daily. The staff were really friendly, especially Katerina (manager) who was so helpful, kind and warm all week. There is no entertainment at this resort but we spent every night in the main village, which is about a ten minute walk away where you will find lots of bars, restaurants, arcades and amusements for kids.

owners are very kind, helpful and polite. rooms are clean and large, pool is good, meals and breakfast is very good and delicious. it is hard to find a car park at this area but the resort has own car park.

The village is crowded, the buildings are built close together, and the streets are narrow, further obstructed by the many parked cars. The nearest beach is narrow and pebbly, but we were lucky enough to find one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece nearby - fine sand, crystal-clear seawater, and a sandy bottom without stones.

The hotel has a wonderful garden and and it is a true oasis amidst the crowded village and narrow streets. The services are of excellent quality. The hosts quickly responded to our additional requests. It was cleaned every day and in a perfect way.

The rooms are big and sufficient, I wish if it had larger bathroom but really this is not that big of a deal when you see the view from the balcony of the beach and pool area

The facilities are great the rooms are lovely and spacious a boutique type of resort The pool is one of the best places to hang around and feels very private and quiet Breakfast is absolutely great, all you need and more to start your day The staff is really lovely and caring overall a very good and relaxing atmosphere from the pool and breakfast area

Very nice home, great friendly hosts, good food and drinks. One of the best places to be in! I recommend Kassandra Village Resort to everyone. Also quiet at night, far enough from the noisy center of town.
