Michael the owner , his wife Maria and friendly staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Michael was very friendly and was available every day, he served drinks around the pool during the day and was on hand to offer advice on restaurants etc. The self service breakfasts were good value at €8 . The pool , surrounding terraces and gardens were kept immaculately clean as was our apartment, Perfect location, bed linen and towels changed regularly.

Equipment in the kitchens in studios is about out dated and sparse, but worked for our need who just had breakfast in the room.

I'm quite disappointed with the wifi service. In today's world, the internet has become an essential part of daily life, yet, regrettably, wifi was not available in my room. I had to go to the common areas (reception and swimming pool) to access the internet, which was really inconvenient and frustrating. One of the major downsides of this stay was the reception staff. When trying to get information about purchasing a SIM card to use the internet on my mobile device, the receptionist was extremely impolite and uncooperative. His rudeness and unwillingness to help really soured my initial impression of the hotel. The situation further deteriorated when I had to abruptly leave my vacation due to a family emergency. Considering that I had prepaid for a 10-day stay, I asked the staff to consider the possibility of refunding a portion of the money for the days I wouldn't be spending at the hotel (5 days). Unfortunately, the receptionist was extremely rude and hostile. I expected at least some understanding and compassion in this difficult situation, but I was met with the opposite.

Great Location, But Not a Great Stay Vacationing on Crete has always been on my wishlist, and I chose this hotel to fully experience the beauty of this island. While I did have some enjoyable moments during my stay, I can't overlook some serious shortcomings. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There are some nearby beaches truly stunning, which is a big plus for those who enjoy spending time by the shore like me.

A little dated but that didn’t matter.

It was clean . Nice pool . Beds and towels changed regularly. Could do with a few more cooking utensils. Had to ask for a kettle and hairdryer but they were supplied no problem. On the whole apartments are a bit dated but for a two star hotel it was very good

Room equipment was very basic, the kitchen could use a sponge or dish liquid. The furniture in the room was quite old.

The hotel has a good location, right by the sea, close to restaurants and stores. The pool and hotel grounds are very well maintained. The owner is very contactable and helpful. The room was quite big, we had a beautiful view from the window.

The wifi is available at the pool only. The hotel is a bit old. There was no option for a twin bed, only 2 one person's size beds that were attached to each other but the mattresses didn't touch. The lights were weird, many of them didn't work

My bathroom was okay, it had a broken shower head and the toilet seat had a crack in it. My bed was not comfortable, very low and the mattress was firm for anyone’s taste. The breakfast was weak. €6 (mid range for the area) for a buffet of cold ham and cheese, salad, sweet bread and some other bits. The coffee wasn’t good either.

The room was nice and spacious for myself, it had a lovely balcony overlooking other resorts and the sea. The pool was lovely and deep, 2.1 metres. The staff were nice, especially Michael who was constantly calling me by my name and ensuring I have a great stay. The air conditioning was good, though it was charged at €7 per day. Thankfully the benefit of booking through Booking.com is receiving the air conditioning as standard. 11am checkout is very nice also.

Everything was perfect. The location is close enough to restaurants and stores and you are literally next to the sea, the view is perfect. Rooms are so clean, every morning it is cleaned by a lovely smiling woman. The owner of the accomodation, Michael, is so cool and helpful. We had couple of chats, he is fun and a great company. We will be back for sure here.

First of all, Miki and his family are humble people, beautiful souls, who make your holiday cheerful and special. For any need or help, you know you can count on their support. The apartments are clean (which is very important to me), equipped with the bare necessities for the stay. However, I recommend contacting them in advance for specific requests. The location is excellent: it is literally just a step from the beach and from the center of Analipsi, a village that I recommend for those who want to visit the north-eastern area of ​​Crete as it is very quiet and suitable for a relaxing holiday. I hope to come back soon!

On arrival, You'd be requested to pay full amount of reservation without a single receipt. No one asked for any kind of documents. Three keys we got on arrival (a bit early)-for main door, safe box and third for A/C and we've been told just where to go. That was all. Real surprise was on arrival in a front of the door. This place urgently need to be renovated. Old door just painted, walls literally falling, old ruined furniture inside, light on main terrace not working, no mosquito nets, without basics, dish sponge, detergent or similar, beds in apartment super uncomfortable. On third day lady asked (!!!) us do we need room to be cleaned. No one asked us anything. They are all in style "Oh great, we have some resources-let grab as much money as we can and do nothing else". I understand that Michalis' wife just got baby but business has to be done. Booking.com has ultimately highest prices of all other we saw on the network later. We paid nearly 400€ for 6 nights for two of us, for nothing but super basic place to stay and founded the same property on other sites for 11 nights at same room type.

Pool and plants around are nice, but that was the only ok. Michalis, the owner is kind a nice person.
