How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

All the staff were so lovely and accommodating nothing was a problem. So close to everything. Would diffently recommend a stay here.

everything was amazing beautiful hotel pool was brilliant viola was incredible to us i made an error with flight's to Croatia needed 1 more night she sorted it. 5 min to beach great wee breakfast in morning would recommend to anyone. thank you so much regards Bradley

Lovely hotel with very friendly, welcoming and helpful personnel💖. Excellent location: few mins to the beach ⛱️, to the shops and restaurants. The room #2 was nice and cozy with very comfortable beds, good wi-fi and air-conditioning and everyday cleaning 👍. Pool area was quite and clean, with sunbeds and parasols - nice place for relaxing. Good and complete breakfast with various choices - it was amazing to sit on the patio and having it outdoors looking at the view 🏝️☀️ Thanks for a very pleasant stay 💖

Breakfast was very basic but they managed with the facilities they had,also the pool area could be improved.
Location was excellent 2 mins walk to the front,we had downstairs rooms bottom floor which were modernised compared to the others which were dark.

It didn’t impact us but not enough sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast area is to small, they should consider using the ‘lounge’ space.

The staff are kind and very patient..They always answer and give info about everything.The location is very accessible and only 15 minutes by bus to FIRA (€2.00)...Very near to seaside,restaurants and shops..The breakfast is very simple but unlimited..I highly recommend the property.

The room was on the sub-street level and had no good windows. It was odd at first but after a day we got used to it, after all we used the room only for sleep anyways.

Nothing, it was good!
The breakfast is amazing, you can find not a huge variety but it's good enough for vacation! The service is great, even when all the staff are not English speakers they do their best to help u and serve u as best as possible. The location is amazing, you can go by walking to the beach and using a car you can visit any village in 20 or 25 mins.

Beautiful wee hotel. We were family of 3 with very clean beutiful room with space for our 5 yrs old doughter. Great size swiminng pool with sunbeds and parasol, but the best was alll staff. From reception ladies to cleaners and breakfast ladies. Can't get over their AMAZING HELPFUL attitude. I think for this good price THERE IS NO BETTER.

Foam mattress too hot and no good for my back. Fridge not working and had to be relocated. Very noisy doors

There are courtains in the shower, we'd prefer glass doors,but it's a small detail, as the courtains were clean. Also, There are no baby chairs for breakfast, that would be helpful, but was not really a problem.
The Hotel was beyond our expectations! Very well located, with many many restaurants,bakery and cafes nearby.the beach is a stone's throw away. We got quick help from the staff for all we needed regarding car rentals and transfers. It was squeaky clean! The breakfast is small, but good, with helpful and jolly staff serving. Overall we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely stay again!
