AustraliaWould have loved the pool to be open longer hours and people reminded not to save sunbeds. Lots of signage but by 7.30am most have towels etc on them and no one nearby. Pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6pm.
Great location, staff were very accommodating, food was lovely. There was always someone around to help and everything was kept very clean.

NorwayThe hotel had overbooked us, so we got relocated. However they handled everything as expected - very professional. We even got a compensation of credit. The problem was that there was a misunderstanding. We thought we got 50€ to our room, so that we could order food and drinks on the sunbeds at Kamari Beach. But the hotel ment we only had a verbal agreement with the bar. So all in all we never got to use our compensation. Apparently it was impossible to fix up the issue. Honest mistake, but a bit frustrating considering the circumstances.
The location is arguably the best at Kamari Beach

AzerbaijanWe had booked a maisonette room, which I think is a great choice for families. There wasn’t really any reason to complain — overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
The location of the hotel is excellent — the beach and the pool are practically side by side. You could say the hotel’s pool is larger than those of the surrounding hotels. In general, the Kamari area is more affordable compared to Fira and Oia villages. There are restaurants all around the hotel, offering a variety of delicious local and European cuisine at reasonable prices. Although we explored other places, we liked the restaurants next to the hotel the most. Even though we booked the hotel with breakfast and dinner included, we usually skipped dinner because we preferred dining out. Breakfast was quite good, and I believe dinner would have been decent too. The reception staff were very helpful — special thanks to Alex, who assisted us a lot with booking taxis and restaurants.

Czech RepublicTime of breakfast and dinner could be longer (especially dinner when you want to watch the sunset you have to hurry). Also you can hear everything in the hotel room but we had room in the ground floor.
Dinner and breakfast we really good, lots of things to choose from. Personal was kind, the hotel was cleaned every day. Big pool is clean and there is lots of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. The beach is beautiful, you have view of the mountain. You can also play chess and billiare.

United KingdomThe only downfall is that the sunbeds on the beach and pool get taken fairly quickly in the morning and sometimes there isn’t enough for everyone.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kamari Beach Hotel. It has a great pool area, nice selection of breakfast options , it’s right on the beach (with their own sunbeds) and great cocktails at the bar. The staff were excellent! -They were extremely helpful at reception and the staff around the pool/ bar area are super friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much! I would stay there again!

We had a wonderful experience at Kamari Beach Hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, and the room was always spotless thanks to the great housekeeping team. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, giving us amazing tips on what to do and see on the island. One of the highlights of our trip was the catamaran excursion, which they recommended and booked for us — it was unforgettable! The food at the hotel was very good, with plenty of options and great quality. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful pool, good sized family run hotel. Staff friendly and good value as we stayed half board in low season. Beautiful location and plenty of good local restaurants and shops nearby and as Santorini is compact you can easily get to the caldera towns for the day.

We had an exceptional stay at Kamari Beach Hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they even let us check in a few hours early, which was a great start to our trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right on a private beach, which was super convenient and relaxing. It’s also really easy to get to Oia or Fira by bus or taxi or rented car, so exploring the island was no problem at all. The food was amazing! Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety, and everything we tried was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Greek dishes—there were always tasty local options like moussaka and fresh salads, which made the experience feel even more authentic. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Santorini

From arrival at reception to departure, everything was absolutely perfect. We ordered a room with a sea view, we received a large apartment sea view, clean, nicely furnished, spacious. The sunrise from the balcony was fascinating. The staff at the reception was welcoming, all smiling and in a good mood. Huge selection of food in the restaurant for breakfast, smiling waiters. Very tasty mixed drinks and excellent Greek dishes at the bar by the pool, which were also brought to the beach. The beach was clean, plenty of sunbeds. There are taverns and shops near the hotel, where we spent time after dinner. Opposite the hotel there is a scooter and quad bike rental. We traveled the entire island on a quad bike and saw the beauty of the island. I highly recommend the Kamari beach hotel.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff set right in front of the beach! Very impressive cliff feature on the beach, like a wall in the sea! We were upgraded to a room with sea and pool view at no extra charge! Breakfast and pool was fabulous! The largest pool size of all the hotels along the sea front! United KingdomThe breakfast buffet didn't get seem to get topped up at all, so when we ate many of the options were not available. Our room was a bit cave like and needed some updating.
We stayed here for one night while waiting for a late evening flight. We normally stay on quiet islands so this was inevitably a compromise. Having said that, we felt we had made a good choice. Very easy access to the pool area and to the beach beds. The staff were very helpful in terms of storing our luggage and we were able to use an empty room for a pre-flight shower. A good choice of restaurants and bars nearby.

United KingdomNothing about the hotel! But I would like to advise you either rent a car for your stay or arrive before 11pm so you can use the airport bus to Fira for 2€. Taxi service is a rip off, 10min drive to Kamari - charge 25-30€, 20min drive to Fira - charge 45€…. All local buses services are very good and you can get a print out of their timings from your hotel. Only €2 per trip! They run up to midnight but all come to Fira for connections to other locations, you have to change in Fira (capital)
Excellent hotel by the beach front with a very large swimming pool like none other in Santorini or Kamari! The access to the beach is just crossing the pedestrian road by exiting the property from the pool. Very beautiful view of the white cliff projecting into the blue waters of the sea and black pebbled beach. We had a room with the view to the pool and sea, being probably upgraded from a budget room booking. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, hard to find same hospitality in other locations in Greece. The breakfast was much better than the 5* hotels we stayed in mainland and you can find tables to seat with pool / sea view. They also have lots of water rings/ floaties which are very appealing to use drifting into the pool or the sea! Top quality hotel, in my view I would grade it much more than 3*! They aim for clients who can enjoy an amazing hotel when they are on a budget holiday. Fantastic location, fabulous pool, amazingly polite people! We will definitely return !
