Appliances not working. Upstairs apartment washing machine, water filter and washing machine didn’t work. Downstairs didn’t have a kettle, microwave . Wi Fi hopeless. The amount of self absorbed women, with artificial everything right in your door step taking photos of themselves for hours! I wonder if any of them knew about the history of the boathouses or Klima or Milos.

Location, restaurant next door was AMAZING! Best food in Milos. Swimming.

Lots of tourists walking by and taking pictures but it’s to be expected since the location is so cool! It didn’t bother us at all.

This was one of our favorite parts of visiting Milos!! The staff was amazing - carried our luggage down for us and help us have breakfast delivered right to our door. The whole experience was so special.

The fact I had to leave

I loved everything about this property and was sorry I was not able to return. It is ideally located in Klima and it was heaven walking down the stairs and stepping into the ocean for a swim. There was everything I needed and it was spacious and clean and the sunsets were brilliant. The roof top deck was the perfect place to relax in one of the sun loungers or swing in the hammock and take in thr beautuful views of picturesque Klima. I highly recommend this property and will be back .

An electrical plug was hanging out of the wall and was not repaired, even though we reported it. The dish washing machine did not work and neither did the washing machine. Lack of transport, since we didn't want to drive, other than expensive taxis.

The town of Klima was a little too quiet. Would have liked a little cafe or market to walk to.

The waterfront location was like none other I’ve stayed in. The sun sets were amazing and could be seen right from your door!

Lack of privacy because so many people came to see the boathouses who had no respect for the people staying in the boathouses.

It was a lovely experience being right on the water. This was the gift we gave ourselves on our holiday in Greece.

My only suggestion is, since there are ZERO stores nearby, to have water and coffee/sugar/ creamer available in rooms even if charged since the restaurant doesn't open until 0930 & we wake up at 0600 and didn't have a car, nor got groceries. Other than that, it's perfect!

This was such a unique and magical experience! We got the upstairs unit with the private rooftop deck. The view was incredible. If you don't like closed-in spaces, I suggest our unit, as the bottom ones don't have windows when closed. We also had a private balcony of the kitchen. There's a beautiful restaurant opened for breakfast, lunch, and dinner only a few feet away, so it's very convenient

There seemed to be basic kitchen gear not available. Eg no pepper, olive oil, hand soap. One of the doors did not lock securely and other door locks were temperamental. It didn’t feel secure. The dishwasher and washing machine were either unavailable or not working. Garbage needed to be walked 200m to the carpark but no one told us. A lovely lady came to clean on day three and five but we had no advice of this happening and I had already cleaned etc. No emergency numbers were supplied and we suffered a medical emergency requiring a hospital. It felt like an Instagram location rather than a holiday home.

Nicholas showed us the property. It was quite a long drive on v narrow streets.

Felt that kitchen lacked utensils and the oven didn’t work only the hob . No kettle or toaster. Only minor niggles really . The fact that people literally stood at the door without regard for your privacy for photos was quite tiresome but I guess there’s no way of stopping that !

The only downside is that it is such a popular spot because of its beauty that tourists do come around and they may peer into your house, enviously. This is obviously not the fault of the hosts.

The location was superb, and it was clean, homely, and had a good restaurant next door! We could do everything we planned within about a 15min drive, and the hosts had thought of everything - all bathing amenities, toiletries, and a good value delivery service for food & drink! They were there to greet us, and respond to messages quickly and courteously. There was nothing they couldn't help with, including transportation. They made our stay comfortable and easy, and we would highly recommend to anyone! The water comes right up to the boat house, and the sunset is stunning, as it is a prime location, unobstructed on the waterfront. There are some very sweet cats around who help if you miss your own pets. The view from the stable door is gorgeous, and there is also a little handmade shop inside one of the pretty coloured boat houses along the row.

the spot is right at the corner where lots of people come to take photos in the evening. there was a lot of foot traffic. for that reason i think it could've been a little cheaper price.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, as was the bathroom. The shower was right next to the toilet. The room was also a bit loud, we could hear our neighbors.

The location was gorgeous as was the picturesque row of boat houses. Awesome to be so close to the water too. Loved the garage door opening up to the ocean! Loved the proximity to a gorgeous beach restaurant.

the tourists who grabbed our chairs to take their Insta shots for fives minutes then move away or while we were sitting enjoying the magnificent sunset they would stand in front of us to get their Insta shots without any regard for us but it was funny when the ferry came through and made a bigger wave which washed the instas shoes for them

Dishwasher not working. Broken chairs on sundeck . Beach umbrella on sundeck would be appreciated.

The position is the best in Klima . sundeck was spacious and great view. Large fridge and good cooking facilities.

The website states free shuttle service (one of the reasons we booked this boathouse). On enquiring about the shuttle we were told it would be Euro30 each way. We ended up hiring a car which was much cheaper. The oven didn't work.

Very unique little studio right on the waterfront. I loved how the traditional features and decoration of the Greek boathouse had been kept in place. A really special place to stay in. The village of Klima is beautiful, the nearby restaurant was great, and the sunsets were wonderful.

The only downside about this place (being picky) is when the sun starts going down, the influencers flock outside of the apartment to take pictures and it makes it a little uncomfortable if you want to sit outside for a drink/take in the view

The location is just incredible!!! By far one of the best locations we have ever stayed.
