We had a very nice view to the sea. The room was spacious and you have enough ustensils in the little kitchen to cook breakfast if you want. There is a beach in front of the house and the other two beaches in Kassiopi are at 13 minutes by foot. It is very close to city center

The apartment was excellent, very comfortable. Facilities were good, more than adequate. Would stay there again no problem. Kassiopi town was really nice. People were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, we loved our stay there! Friendly staff, if you have any problems you can easily contact them and everything will be solved as soon as possible. The apartments are cleaned regularly and when you arrive there you have a list in your apartment of which days is going to be cleaned and which days they are going to change linen and towels, in our case it was cleaned every other day. The location is great, the beach is a 10 second walk away and there are markets and restaurants nearby. There is no private parking space, but don't worry because there is always available parking on the main road which is a minute away from the apartments.

The beds weren’t very comfortable & kitchen could be equipped with a newer sponge and cloth.

The location- close to the beach & city centre, the view of the sea was great and the outdoor terrace was a perfect addition to the accommodation. The place was cleaned and bed linen & towels were changed every 2 days. The host was very nice and responsive.

An overwhelming stench rose up from the drain in the bathroom every time after using the shower. I'm aware of general drainage issues all over the island that are beyond control of the property, but it made me retch and feel sick each time. The property has a lovely, well-kept garden. I would have loved to see a few nice tables and chairs or a few sun loungers in the various areas where guests can sit and relax. Or a pool.

The room is a good size. There's a small kitchen area, which was completely sufficient for my needs. The fridge was clean and very low noise. There's an electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and micro oven with 2 electric cooking plates. In the cupboards you can find all utensils, pots and pans that you may need. The bathroom has a new modern, white suite and a shower cabin. There isn't much room on the toilet as it's quite narrowly sat in between the shower cabin and the wall, but it worked for me. Stepping out onto the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the bay. My favourite time of day was to enjoy the sunset on the balcony while sipping a cold drink, perfect. As you are directly by the waterfront, you can take a refreshing early morning swim to kick start your day 😀 The apartment is perfectly located for going into town, the harbour is a small stroll away. There are plenty supermarkets, fruit and veg shops, bars and tavernas conveniently located just around the corner from the apartment. Nearby, you can also find the busstop for daily bus services in all directions. The apartment is kept clean on a tight schedule by a lovely cleaning lady. Fresh towels, bedding and toilet paper are provided regularly as well.

If it bothers you there was no tv in the apartment. Personally we didn’t mind, it’s good to get away from the telly for a bit and enjoy each other’s company

The location is fantastic, the sea is literally a few yards away and it’s a short walk to the centre of kassiopi. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need and the gardens around the block are kept really well.

Some on the local beaches were very busy and covered in sunbeds. However other more hidden / further away spots were much quieter. Kassiopi was quite busy and touristy but the apartments were reasonably quiet.

The apartment was comfortable, well stocked and very well located right on the beach. Works well if you don't have a car - 5 or 6 beaches within walking distance. Kostantina, who runs the operation, was exceptionally helpful. Helping me plan some very complicated onward travel and finding and returning an item to me that I thought would never be let alone posted back to me.

Wasps on the terrace so you couldn't really eat in peace and no table inside to eat from. No ventilation in the bathroom so humid and some sewer flies

Everything was great, just a note that when on one morning when rain poured heavily, a few drops of water dropped trough the roof. I presume it was because of the amount of rainfall which was immense, an didn't cause any trouble, but shoul be checked never the less

The apartment was wery cosy and comfortable with great terrace. Cleaning service was great, everything was clean and the location is magnificent, right acroas the beach.

The studio was clean and comfortable (cleaned and linen changed regularly). Cooking facilities are basic, but adequate, and the bathroom is of a good standard. Very close to the beach.
