Convenient, safe, quiet, comfortable, easy access to Chania town centre and towards West Coast (bus stops right outside and opposite entrance), comfortable beds and A/C that works, clean rooms and communal areas (daily room service/cleaning to high standard), studio well equipped for meal preparation (under-counter fridge, small oven, hob, utensils, plates, saucepans, frying pan, kettle) and shops close by to buy fresh vegetables, fruit and all needed to cater for breakfasts and meals in the room, excellent cafe downstairs with yummy homemade breakfasts and brunch meals prepared and served by friendly and attentive family and staff, beaches literally across the road, restaurants near by, all in all a pleasant and relaxing stay that we’ll be staying at again.

Our stay was fantastic, and Manolis proved to be the most helpful and kind host. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything one might need. Clean and well-maintained, our room was perfectly suited for a small family like ours. The proximity to beaches, shops, and restaurants was incredibly convenient. We had a wonderful stay and are very happy with our accommodation! The place is fantastic — the beach is just across the street, and it’s only a 15 - minute drive to Chania Old Town. The apartment was very clean, and the check-in/out process was quick and has everything you need for your stay. Manolis is an excellent host who kindly gave us great recommendations for food and places to visit. There’s also a breakfast option on the ground floor (pay at the property) with delicious homemade food — we loved starting our mornings there. The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby: restaurants, bars, the beach, and supermarkets. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend it!

A busy road in front of the hotel and a small bathroom. A lot of traffic on the road but you could ignore it on the second day. The bathroom is smaller than you expected but is clean and you have non stop hot water.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice view to the sea from the balcony, excellent coffee and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff, the owner Manolis is determined to make your stay as good as possible. He booked us 2 transfers to the famous beaches Falasarna and Elafonisi which was super nice and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. In addition the price for the transfers is lower than booking from web sites by yourself. Around the hotel are a lot of good restaurants, supermarket and beaches and all at reasonable prices. With the city bus you may go to the town of Chania for 25 min and to different beaches for around 5-10 minutes. The weather was perfect, the best time for visiting Crete and with less tourists. Temp 27-29 C and sea temp around 23-24 C with crystal clear water, soft sandy beaches and most of the time no wind. The overall experience of staying at this place was satisfying.

Road noise can be a problem,so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs.

It was very close to a lovely beach.Manolis the owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.Nice sea view rooms as well and good selection of tavernas close by. Excellent bus service from right outside the hotel to Chania, which is very beautiful. All in all a very good base to stay in.

Very nice place, quiet and cozy. We were greeted wonderfully, the room was for 3 people, comfortable beds, clean room. The room had a great little kitchen, it had everything you need. The room was cleaned daily. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel, as well as a bus stop, so you can easily get to another city. The beach is clean and most importantly the bottom is sandy, the water is warm and clear. We liked everything, lovely costumer services and we will come again :)

Excellent place to stay , the beach is so close by and you have perfect views from your balcony. The owner Manolis helped us alot with sorting out airport transfers etc , his communication was fantastic both before and throughout our entire stay. The cafe downstairs does a vegetarian suitable breakfast with everything homemade.There is also a bus stop just outside the hotel to take you to the old city Chania. Highly recommend this place !

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The location was ideal, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly attentive and ensured that everything went smoothly. There's also a fantastic café in the building that shouldn't be missed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. This is definitely a place I would highly recommend, and I will absolutely be returning in the future.

The apartment is located just in front the sea. In 1 minutes you could go down for few steps and you are in the beach to see a beautiful sunset. The apartment is quite large with a small kitchen corner. We stayed there 4 nights. There is a small place outside. Very good position to visit Balos, Falasarna and Elafonis. The center of Chania is really closed but you are immediately out the caos of a city center. The host is really kind with you, helpful, suggesting good place to have dinner. Good breakfast in the Kalamaki bar! Suggested!

Everything was excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Located directly across the street. Beach super. A rocky island in 250 m distance. Maid was always in a very good mood. Cleaned 6 days a week. Morning shadow, mid afternoon sun, excellent to use the balcony Staff extrem friendly and helpful. Managed rental car problem.
