Words cannot fully capture how beautiful this property truly is. Perfectly located right on the beach, we had the privilege of staying in the beachfront apartment, and it exceeded all expectations. The photos simply do not do justice to how stunning the property is - with the beach literally at your doorstep. In addition to the immediate access, several other breathtaking beaches are just a short drive away, making the location ideal. We visited in early August and, remarkably, never even needed to turn on the air conditioning. The refreshing sea breeze and the serene surroundings made the experience absolutely perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Efi for her kindness and hospitality — you are truly the best and made our stay unforgettable!

The shower is so tiny that I could not use it at all. No soap for a week, just the sea and fresh water shower in the garden.

The place is beautiful and has so much potential. There is daily cleaning, but a more thorough cleaning of the apartment would make the stay even more enjoyable. The sanitary facilities are a bit old, and in the kitchen some of the utensils are scratched and a few items were missing, although the host kindly provided everything we asked for right away. There is also an outdoor shower for use after the sea, but it could benefit from some maintenance. With a little more care and updating, this wonderful place could be truly perfect

If you want to enjoy a peaceful holiday, then only go to this hotel. Small hotel right by the sea. You can see beautiful sunsets right from the balcony and in the evening you can hear the sound of the sea. Thank you Effi for everything. She will take care of you in everything you ask for.

I would have liked to have a washing machine or a laundry service too and the WiFi reception could be better in the room.

Peace and quiet, far away from the noise, just the sound of the sea. Big courtyard with lots of palms, olive trees and eucalyptus. Every couple of days people who sell fruit&veg, fish and bakery goods come over so you don't have to go anywhere. Clean and well equipped rooms, good kitchen, fridge with a freezer, a barbeque in the front. Staff is warm, friendly and helpfull. A place to come back to.

Very comfortable, beautiful yard in the shade, kind hosts, always there to answer any questions. A bakery and fresh fruit and vegetables arrive every morning and announce their arrival over a loudspeaker. They go from house to house and you can get everything you need. There's also a fish vendor. The beach is right next to the apartment. You can swim and relax either in the shade of the yard or on the beach if you're a sun lover. The sea is clean and beautiful. Just 15 minutes from this village is the village of Argalasti, where you can find everything—market, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops. A true vacation.

Not said like flaw, but this is not place for small children

First of all, the main asset of this apartment complex is lady who runs it, kind, attentive, discreet, capable to solve problems, like concierge in high class hotels. This is a place for people who are looking for peaceful vacation, away of mass tourism. Apartment is simply, but newly furnished, very clean, new bed linen and towels every three days.

It is hard to reach by car, but hey, if you want to avoid mass tourism you must pay some price.

Amaizing hotel on the beach. Village Kalama is in the remote part of Pelion, it's not easy to reach it, but it is worth of every effort. It is seclusive, peaceful, far from mass tourism. Hotel is clean, comfortable, on the private beach with beautiful terraces, yard and spectacular sunsets. People working there really do care if you feel good, they are kind and hospitable. I can't enough recommend you this hidden gem!

Nothing to add

You can hardly find a place with more silence and solitude than this. The hotel is located right on the shore, a small pebble beach with crystal clear and warm water smoothly transitions into a garden with a relaxation area, benches, and barbecue. Trees create much-desired shade in hot weather. The rooms are simple and clean and have everything you need. Parking spaces right on site. We did not observe any waves in this part of the sea, but we recommend beach shoes because there are sea urchins. A private bakery delivers fresh bread and warm pastries every morning. The hosts are wonderful. Efi treated us like family. We will definitely return. If there is heaven on earth, it is here.

Everything was great!

Nice comfortable accommodation with the spirit of past times. The beach is nice, but you need beach shoes. Nearby are the beautiful Marmaro and Paradiso beaches, which can be reached by foot. Efi, who takes care of everything, is wonderful, kind and will guide you to everything you need. From good restaurants to beaches! We will definitely come again

- The cleaning is not as frequent as expected, although it cannot be characterized as dirty, generally everything was clean. - There were no salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen. - One of the cooktops was broken.

We are delighted with the facility and neighborhood. Tranquil place. Ideal for full relaxation. The beach is private and well organized. You will need swimming shoes to avoid pebbles in the water. We recommend using the main road to first reach Agalasti and later Kalamos. Other roads, recommended by Google Maps, are very hard to pass.

No communication between members of the staff. We arrived at the hour which we stated as a request during the reservation (it was confirmed from the property via email that our arrival time is "confirmed"). No one answered our phone calls. No one showed at the property by the time. We reached out to a phone number from google and a boy answered the phone. He said he was not there and the "manager" there should be at the property. No one was there. In an hour we At the end (after an hour at around 30 minutes past midnight) we found a woman who was the host of the property, she gave us a room for which we didnt pay. We paid for three single beds room and we got 1 single and one 1 and 1/2 person bed. One of the windows was broken (the frame) and it was not possible to close it. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the morning we asked her why she didnt gave us the room for which we paid, and she said she didnt knew which room was on the reservation

We booked an apartment with 5 beds for 5 of us but got another one with only 4 beds, and the apartment we paid for (in advance, a mistake!) was occupied so there was no way to move. We asked for an extra bed, the answer was no. We were told that the beds are a bit bigger than usual single beds so the kid can sleep with us. We complained to Booking. com and he proceeded to send angry texts calling us liars and threatening. The owner changed their attitude and we were given the extra bed only after we complained to Booking.com again and sent them screenshots of the conversation. The apartments were dusty, which is not surprising considering there is only one cleaning lady for the whole place. She is nice and sweet, but not a superwoman. Mosquito nets are not on all windows.

The cleaning lady who also works as a receptionist is very nice and polite and tried to make up for the fact we did not get the apartment we paid for.

room garden is next to beach, no need to go anywhere. perfect for reading a book and swimming in the sea. No supermarket in village, but in the morning baker is passing your apartment and stop so people can by bread. The same with fruit and vegetables. also, you can enjoy sunset from the beach or rooftop.
