Maybe the kitchen utensils could be a bit better equipped

I had a problem whith the internet and the landlord couldn't help us, because they are a older person and I understand that they don't know a lot about it, but they were so kind everytime.

I like it that is a place near to the beach and it's very chill and comfortable.

The bathroom is very old, the water was leaking from the toilet tank, so the floor was always wet. The bed not the most comfortable and a bit short for a man with the height of 1.9m.

The owners are super kind and helpful, we could also borrow a sun umbrella from them. The property was clean. We had everything we needed, the AC worked good, and is included in the price. Great value for the price!

Great value for money, it has a small private beach shared with 5 star hotel but you should still use the main (the city) one as it is not very pretty. Owner doesn't speak English but wasn't problem at all.

They don't provide shampoo or shower gel. The kitchen is small and has no ventilation. Sometimes the bathroom made a strange noise. The WiFi didn't work.

The view was cute, a garden with the beach behind. Has a small balcony.

You could really hear the noise of the neighbours. And the air conditioners were very loud: you couldn't sleep when they were on (not ours, but the neighbours').

The private beach was small but perfect for swimming with a 7 yeasrs old kid. The hammocks in the olive groves were awesome. There were great tavernas nearby.

Very small apartment, dirty bathrooms, and no cleaning service all week. We had to change our own towels and sheets. Mice on the balcony — completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place at all.

The apartment was very small for four people and lacked basic facilities. The bathrooms were not clean upon arrival, and there was no cleaning service provided during the entire week. Despite requesting clean towels and a change of bed linen, we had to manage this ourselves. Additionally, we noticed mice on the balcony and found hair inside the fridge, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, the accommodation did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness or comfort

Despite the name, there is no sea view except apparently from some of the upper rooms. My room did have an okay view of the olive grove on the property. The bathroom could get very smelly after a shower.

I was a little put off at first by the dated condition of the place in general and the fact that the kitchen is on the balcony, but once I got settled in it actually had kind of a quirky charm to it. The sea is close by and there's a patio where you can enjoy the view.

Considering this property is extremely cheap, I want to be fair with my review. It was disappointing that for a place that has a small kitchen with dishes to use, there’s no dishwashing liquid or sponge.. it’s not expensive to provide such things. I’ve seen many reviews about this so was surprised that this was not improved. Also the wifi doesn’t work well at all inside. There’s no proper shower head, only a hose.

The balcony was nice, the owners were lovely. The air conditioner worked well.

Jimmy's Studios is perfect place for holiday. It's quiet, clean, very well located place with access to the sea. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. The ratio of value to price is definetely great. I think the description needs few update though. There was no free toiletries, nor hairdryers. The beach (visible on pictures) in majority belongs to the hotel.

The view and location is exceptional. The studios are managed by a beautiful Family who made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely come back again - a hidden diamond in Zakynthos!
