There was no gauze in the window so musquitos and flies could come in. It said view on the garden - well there was the tiniest window with view on the staircase. This was all the natural light entrance or fresh air entrance to the room. For me did not matter so much as I was just there overnight but would not like to stay more days. Also the airco did not work unless the window was closed. The room could have had a table.

Communication was very good though from the distance as there was no personnell on site. Taxi was arranged as promised in good time. The room was clean. The shower was very good. The room had plenty of lights (as there was hardly any window)

This attic apt has some walls that are constructed of wood and therefore sound isolation is not the strongest so one hears the traffic from the busy road in front. Nothing a couple of earplugs can not fix if you are a light sleeper - like I am.

An amazing view from a huge balcony - which in and of itself makes the top choice place to stay. The place is not staffed but when I thought I lost my wallet after checkout, I got a lot of help/support from the staff which is placed at a nother hotel I believe. The attic apt is huge, the bathroom newly done and very nice, there is a big kitchen and separate bedroom in addition to the main room with three single beds. AC and wifi worked well. Sure, one has to climb quite a few stairs from the marina to get here but the gorgeous view would have not been possible otherwise, right? Would def stay here again!

45 steps to get to the room from the street level with two really young kids and huge suitcases. So going in and out of it for a walk wasn’t an option at all.Also the linen had stains that weren’t washed properly. They were fresh but with stains.

The cupboards and kitchen utensils need more cleaning. Also, a bottle opener would be good. The location might be tiresome for many people. You need to climb up a lot of stairs. The room we stayed is number 7. There are other rooms with seaview. They may be in better condition.

We saw caterpillars and bedbugs on the kitchen counter, the cabinets were covered in oil, the washing machine hose was broken and not working, and the dishwasher was not there at all. There were too many stairs to climb with the stroller, it was not comfortable.

I was a bit confused about how to find the place; so maybe a close description that it is right nicht the cafe Dallmyrs. I went there and then found it immediately after asking. And I was not sure whether I could take the honey and coffee on the table so maybe a sign would be nice, but I thought it was also quite clear so. Otherwise, all was very comfortable.

Friendliness of the host. I felt very safe in the area. Easy access to the apartment. Very comfortable design and soap. I felt close to home and could relax completely. I loved it. Also very close to a restaurant. The blanket in the bed was perfect - not too thin like many other places but a bit thicker - absolutely perfect! :)

We have stayed in two of the rooms for two days. The rooms were airless and smelly. One of the rooms had broken tiles in the bathroom which caused water leakage on the floor constantly. It was really uncomfortable to use a permanently wet bathroom and as it was a flooring problem they couldn't fix it or suggest something else. Also there is no parking area near the facility. It is located on the main road to Samos city centre, and you need to climb steep stairs to reach the building. Overall, it was not pleasant to stay in this facility.

the communication with the staff was excellent and fast. Air conditioners were new and well-working. Bed sheets and towels were clean.

The house was totally different from our expectations. In the photos, you see the pictures of many apartments together. We thought that we would have a nice and cozy space with a proper window, balcony and a view of the sea. What we got was a place with no proper windows on the front side (sea view), a very small window on one wall (almost like a toilet and bathroom window), which was certainly not enough to air the room. There was constantly a bad smell from the bathroom which made things worse. When I contacted the host about moving to another room, he told me that they were fully booked and that we are staying in the most recently renovated apartment. The bathroom was recently renovated indeed but it lacked a proper glass or shower curtain so the toilet and bathroom floor would be soaked after every shower. I think the owner should charge much less for this apartment, as it is dark and smelly. He should also show different pictures for different apartments so one knows what to expect.

The host Yannis was responsive and communicative. One night we had an issue with the air conditioner late at night, and he dropped by to solve the problem. Housekeeper did a good job too.

You should definitely come with the main car road to reach hotel with lugagges. Otherwise many stairs will be waiting you according to directions on maps. It could be a bit cheaper depending on your stay.

The WiFi connection toon was a bit spotty

The location was amazing - beautiful views and easy to get to the sea, center, etc. We needed to walk up steep steps but it was amazing at the top!

The apartments are easy to find and accessible with only a few steps.The location was spot on,5 minutes walking to the harbour, and within full view from our balcony. We had clean fresh bedding and towels, comfortable beds and pillows. The room was equipped with a microwave,toaster, small electric hob, kettle and cooking utensils. Bathroom, compact, though clean and a powerfull shower. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Thankyou to Yannis and his team of staff, very accommodating.

The place is not well known nor well indicated. When we were calling the phone number indicated in Booking. com, there was no reply. The first taxi driver from the airport dropped us at another location, and we had to pay another ride to reach the place after several attempts with various drivers. It was really frustrating. We were stuck on a street with young kids and luggage. One of the rooms was really smelly and damp. The owner sent us a message to explain that it was due to previous rains but refused to move us for free to another similar room which was available. You don't meet the owner, but just have to find your way to your room with a key on the door. The most direct way to the port involves tens of steps. The place is more a cheap place for backpackers who don't care about their room than a hotel.

Cheap place okay for a night if you are on your way to another island.
