We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe location of the house was perfect, a short stroll from the square with plenty of shops and restaurants. The house provided us with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, the beds and pillows were extremely luxurious. We would highly recommend Janos House.

NorwayThe property is very central in Plomari with a short walk to all necessities. It was very clean and delicate when we checked in, and easy check-in with lock-box. Very nice and big terrace with a lovely view. There is air-conditioning in every main room, which was very nice. The host has always been easy to reach and replies within a very short time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet at night!

TurkeyWe stayed with a stroller and had a very hard time with the stairs. You should park first then carry everything to the house. This important detail should have been clearly mentioned in the property description. The bathrooms were also inconveniently located: one was on the ground floor and the other on the second floor with the bedrooms, so they were not very practical. Considering the extremely high price, our expectations were higher. The only aspect that truly met expectations was the cleanliness. On the positive side, the owner was very communicative and kind, which we appreciated.
Very clean and has everything you basically need. Very well renovated.
