A wonderful apartment in the heart of Kos, set in a stunning Italian-style building where every detail has been thoughtfully designed — just like the Italian “bella figura” philosophy. Step outside the apartment you’re surrounded by the mesmerizing remnants of ancient Greece. Maria was so kind, she left food bowls and a towel for my dog, Bella. The self check-in was super easy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I hadn’t planned on cooking during my stay, but the kitchen was so bright and inviting that I ended up shopping at the local market across the street and preparing meals at home.

I had such a wonderful stay in Kos Town! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town and restaurants. Maria was an amazing host and very quick to help! I loved the design & architecture of the apartment, it was an absolute delight. The space had a very calming atmosphere and the location was excellent, so close to the ancient agora. The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. A true Italian Gem!

There is nothing to complain.

It‘s a very very special place in the middle of the town of Kos. We loved the spacious and individual designed rooms. We had a lovely, friendly and welcoming host in Maria who made everything customized for us. She made it possible for us to have a late check in an to leave whenever we liked to. We loved the place and the familiar athmosphere.

The pillows were a bit soft for our preference. It was very nice having a washer however, it is soooooo loud. It makes a very loud screaming noise making it impossible to just throw a load in and go to bed. For pick up and drop off your friend Nick probably isn’t the best choice. I will take full responsibility for not sending him our departure details, however when people travel there are so many aspects of the trip they already have to plan sometimes things get missed . In my case we had a conversation about pick up and drop off and even agreed on a time. I sent him our arrival information but forgot to inform him of the pick up date. A professional would follow up and make sure to have all the details prior to agreeing to do the pick up however, he did not. Since his rate is standard 40euro one way it doesn’t make a difference if I went with him as that’s the standard taxi price. This recommendation in no way is your responsibility, I wanted to inform you of the situation in case this happens to someone else in the future.

Location is excellent. The home is very warm and has lots of space. The host left us goodies to eat and was very responsive and inviting.

Every Single thing. Maria was the Hostest with the Mostest!! 200%. Once booked we were in communication re all. Incredibly kind efficient informative lady Maria. Greeted us upon arrival to show us her fabulous Italian Gem which had exquisite taste and design. A/c in bedroom. Fans through out. Felt like a Casa Blanca film set. Maria left fabulous treats of 2 lattice Apple pies. Hand made biscuits. Beautuful soaps and a fridge full of essentials butter marmalade. fruit juices sprite etc.... . The view from our kitchen window will remain engrained on my mind forever... and make me smile... we looked out into the old square with greek church in background. it resembled Covent garden. The vibe and buzz, the aroma of fresh coffee wafting through the skyline,, the humming of the vespra motorbikes (modern Honda 50's) the wonderful slow relaxing pace of the people, the glorious consistent warm gentle air, picturesque blue skys, warm friendly people.... I loved Crete 30 years ago.. Kos surely did not disappoint me. The apartment was the coolest best designed place I ever stayed. The bed was so comfy. Top grade bed linen. and if it can get any better.... the lady Maria was so so attentive and kind. Only reason i dont like writing this review is will it be available next time i go to Kos!! I Hope so!! Thank you Maria. You genuinely are a tremendous host. (A rare but beautiful experience) !! 😇

The host was super kind and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The house was equipped with everything I needed, and the welcome goodies were a much-appreciated touch. Maria was an excellent host, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best time in Kos, she recommended places to go and things to do, helped us with queries and has absolutely everything you need even down to cotton buds and body wash! Maria also leaves you a few delicious goodies which is such a nice touch! Maria was so kind and lovely to us, I believe it is the best place to stay in Kos. We will definitely come back! :)

The apartment was very clean and great equipment. Maria was really nice and recommended some places, cafes, and restaurants to us. The location was perfect, there are a lot of trips starting from the port, which is about 2 minutes from the apartment by foot, there were many nice cafes and restaurants and the bus station is nearby as well. When I first found the apartment on booking the pictures looked so amazing to me I couldn’t believe there could be such a beautiful (and big, wow!!!) place to stay at the Platia, on of the best locations in Kos (in my opinion). You go out and are immediately in the old town of Kos. So we decided to book it, and even though we booked 3 days before our stay, the price was amazingly good. The host, Maria (very amazing woman!) texted me on whatsapp immediately which made us feel save and welcome. She sent me pictures of the house of the apartement and was very flexible about our arrival time. We checked in early in the day which fitted perfectly for us. When we arrived, Maria was right there to show us our stay for the next 4 days. Maria made a very clear and derailed instruction about everything. We came inside and were stunned by the beautiful apartment. I was looking around, stunned, with my mouth open the entire time thinking how i deserved this beautiful apartment haha. Everything was there!!! Even new toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap for hands and body, shampoo, conditioner, everything… And the apartment had a beautiful smell, everything smelled like soothing lemon. but thats just the closer look! Maria even made us a little (more than big actually) welcome present which made my heart flutter a little. She also bought us some snacks!! I never met such a heart-warming host. She is so welcoming and sweet and I am very thankful! The apartment is so beautifully designed and big, it has a beautiful bedroom with such a comfortable bed, wow. Maria also prepared some clean extra sheets for the bed. Theres also a big kitchen, also a cute living room which is soooo beautiful!! Very comfortable couches, even two of them. The bathroom was also more than I could ask for. We loved it there, me and my boyfriend felt like vip guests in a designer apartment. Even though i never stayed in an apartment twice I will keep this one in mind and definitely come back.

Our experience was incredible. Our hosts were friendly and accessible at all times in the lead up to and during our stay. Maria provided us with amazing recommendations for dining that were the highlights of our time in Kos. Perfectly positioned in town, the space itself was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return in the future.
