Can't fault on anything. From welcome to saying goodbye, everything was just perfect. Hosts were so accommodating. Definitely recommend as very close to amenities and lovely restaurants nearby for a nice meal

The property is at a nice location and has a very nice and clean pool area with good sunbeds. The house itself was clean, nice and spacious. The best part is an extremely good AC System all around the house!

No dislikes just things to note. The 3rd floor bedroom was mezzanine style and you could see down into the bedroom below on the second floor. It wasn’t that I didn’t like it , it was lovely, but more suited to maybe a party with kids rather than 2 adult couples. There was a bit of a hill to climb to get to it and again was not a problem for us but something that should be considered by the elderly/frail - nothing a taxi wouldn’t solve!

Stunning modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Our apartment was over 3 floors, sleeps 6 with 3 shower/toilets so plenty of space. Decor, finishings and furnishings were first class. Great location with short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area but if staying at a busy time lounger space is limited. Owner/manager very easy to reach if required and very helpful - communication is quick which is also reassuring.

We stayed 9 nights and it was wonderful place with view on the sea, very clean and well kept apartment. We had everything we needed from basic kitchen items to nice private roof terrace with jacuzzi, working air conditioning and shared laundry machine in the basement. Shared pool space was well kept. Upon our late arrival we had someone waiting for us to walk is through the apartment and details with a few treats and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. There is a super market close by, short walk to the beach or a quick 10 euro cab ride to the old town. A few restaurants along the beach that are decent options for dinners. Owners were very responsive when dealing with loud/irresponsible neighbours sharing the property and had no issue after reporting. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting for events in hotels near by (conferences) or vacation!

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect — everything you need is just a short walk away: shops, cafes, the beach, and public transport. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Their warm hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The apartments are spotless, modern, and exactly as shown in the pictures — maybe even better! They are fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. One of the highlights was relaxing in the evening in the hot tub, enjoying a breathtaking sea view and the beautiful sunset. Pure bliss! If you're planning a trip to Rhodes, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this place. You won’t regret it — in fact, you’ll probably want to come back again. It truly feels like a home away from home!

We stayed at Iviskos Villa in Ixia, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The apartment was spotless and beautifully finished. The terras was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options to enjoy at all times of the day. The jacuzzi was already heated upon our arrival – such a relaxing touch! The villa had everything we needed – from bathrobes and slippers to a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts had truly thought of every detail: coffee, sugar, milk, cookies, and even a welcome bottle of wine. Their personal farewell at the end of our stay was very touching and showed how much they care about their guests. The swimming pool and the atmosphere of the entire accommodation were stunning, especially in the evening with the beautiful lighting. A true oasis of peace and comfort – perfect for total relaxation. Highly recommended!

The best part to have your own garden and jakuzi there. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The house is perfect for a family stay. The rooms with private bathroom. Everything is new and decorated nicely. You have all kitchen stuff needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very nice to find the house with complementary snacks and drink. (Thank you) The location is very good, close to the beach ( 5 mins walking) and very close to the city centre ( 10 mins by car). We visited Rhodes off season so the price was quite reasonable as well. Thank you for everything and nice gift. We definitely recommend it!

This villa is perfect, the quality is soooo high, everything is brand new. There are 4 rooms, one on each floor and each has a bathroom. Each villa has own jacuzzi and there is swimming pool for all. Thank you for everything!

Everything was great!

This was a wonderful property to stay in - very new/modern with everything we might need. The pool and the hot tub were fantastic and so accessible. Facilities and fittings to the highest standard. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Great location - close to the beach and a good location for exploring the island whether by can or by the bus. The hosts were very welcoming and on hand if we had any questions and they made us feel very welcome in their property. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was really comfortable and accessible and an ideal location from the beach and old town bus ride away! The pool and jacuzzi were great for the heat. The staff were so great and helpful during our stay which made for a great trip! They helped us with our bags after our stay and allowed us a later checkout which was really appreciated!

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't clean.

We enjoyed the welcome package (wine, snacks, coffee, water in the fridge). Apartments were clean, with comfortable beds, and perfect air conditioners in all living areas. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning—a great place to spend the evenings there.

Very good showers, ideal for a big group. Pool is very warm and whirlpool are very nice. location is also really good, 5minutes to the beach and 5minutes in the city with taxi or bus.

Some uncomfortable seating in the kitchen/living. Lack of dedicated outdoor area for our villa- the other villas had their own area to use and we had to use the communal area even though we were the largest group. Lack of privacy for bedrooms as no doors- fine for families but not amazing for friends. Still really lovely. Some more information about how to book Taxi’s, buses etc. would have been great.

The pool is fantastic and it’s very cost effective. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality internal finishes everywhere. Very clean, spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the Villa, the pool was beautiful and we loved seeing the sea. Loved the jacuzzi and balconies. Had a wonderful week and didn’t want to leave! Extra thank you for letting us use the downstairs facilities and pool when our flight wasn’t until later in the day. Free ice creams and hospitality from the owner was amazing.

Absolutely nothing.

The property was decorated to the highest standard and the facilities were superb. We particularly liked the fitted ktchen as well as condiments provided. The wine and the sweets on arrival were very welcome. The ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms were very good indeed. The outside area with the jacuzzi were lovely and the view of the sea was very beautiful. We did not hire a car but taxis were cheap and plentiful. We went to the Old Town several times and it was truly awesome. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We plan to return very soon.

The house is a modern style and perfect for 2 couples or family with two kids, more than four can get crowded. There are no doors in the room (the villa style)

The hosts were welcoming and made sure our stay in comfortable. Nice modern villa with hot tub. Places are accessible by car.
