I stayed at Iris Hotel recently and, while the location and overall facilities were fine, there were a couple of issues that made my experience less enjoyable. One unpleasant incident occurred when I was asked to move my car. I immediately agreed over the phone, but shortly after, an older gentleman came to my room shouting at me repeatedly to move it, even though I had already confirmed I would. This happened while I was in the room with my child who was sleeping, which made the situation very stressful and unnecessary. In addition, the breakfast could definitely use more variety. The options were limited and became repetitive after a couple of days. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better staff communication and improvements in breakfast would really make a difference for future guests.

It's very hard to find what we didn't like, maybe only a few things that could be a bit better. For example, rooms are comfortable (they have different sizes for different orice range) and the balcony is great, but the door which leads to the terrace was too complicated to open even if it was pretty new. Also, the fridge was bit louder than expected, but those things are minor. For some people the location could be the problem if they are out of the car, because the hotel is at the very beginning of the Siviri. On the other hand, that brings quietness.

A very calm and chill place. Staff are very polite and the hospitality is exceptional. The garden is very large and well maintained, green and clean. You have a pool which is, good enough if you are getting bored to go to the Beach. The pool itself is really clean and the pool bar plays music to support overall chills not too loud nor aggressive. We had half board and the food was more than ok. It is not the best of the best, but the food is fresh. good and tasty. The room was clean, and maintained well with the fairly new furniture except the fridge which was loud, yet functional. The hotel has a Tennis court so not sure how that hotel has only 3 stars 😀. Definitely good value for the money

❌ Negatives: Breakfast was served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, but at exactly 10:01 the waiters started clearing it away, without exception. On rainy days we couldn’t get out of the room in time, so I believe they should have shown some flexibility and extended the time in such cases. Although we booked a ground-floor room, we were given one on the second floor, which did not suit our needs. We wanted to pay extra for dinner. At reception, we were told a certain price, but later they said there were no more spots available. When we complained to the management, they explained that the receptionist had given us the wrong information. This caused inconvenience. Parking was insufficient when the hotel was full – it was hard to find a free space.

Our stay at Hotel Iris was generally pleasant, with several positive aspects, but also a few issues worth mentioning. ✅ Positives: The room we stayed in was new and comfortable. Hygiene was at a high level – the room was cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, every two days. The food was good and tasty. The pool was impeccably clean, which really left a great impression. The bar offered very cheap prices for both drinks and food – a big plus for guests.

Nothing really ! Everything's fine !

Spotless clean Spacious Room and a helpful personnel always with a smile ! IS the third time visiting this Hotel at Siviri and i'm fully satisfied from A to Z. Area, pool, gardens, meals !! Is the perfect location to explore the 1st leg of Chalkidiki Peninsula and all the nearby areas. Nice beaches at 7 minutes walking distance. Ideal vacations for everybody !

The food was at the lowest level for a complex that they offered, with hight price. We were taking half board and they didn't offer anything special to eat, nothing modern, there wasn't even ice cream.

The rooms were not like the pictures, you book one and get another. We were on the ground floor and there was no fence, anyone could walk through. The rooms don't have mosquito nets.

The breakfast food was pretty the same every day. The temperature in the dining area was extremely high, making it almost unbearable to stay inside. Dinner offered more varieties, but it was definitely not the best food you’ll ever try.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days with breakfast and dinner included. Upon entering the room, I had to clean part of the wardrobe myself, as there were makeup powder residues and it was quite dirty. The bathroom had no holder for the showerhead, and the bathtub was rusty on the outside. The bed was not one of the most comfortable either. The hotel staff were extremely kind, and the bartenders at the pool were also very friendly.

We didn't had a mosquito problem in the room as we are a bit accustomed to this. But a mosquito screen just on the balcony door would've be a god send. Instead of leaving the AC through the night, an open door and a cheap mosquito magnet curtain will make all the difference.

Expensive prices of drinks at swimming pool bar, small refrigerator in a room, on TV poor selection of satellite channels in English language, small fishing town Siviri, not a lot to do.

Parking available close to hotel, swimming pool with palms and great landscape, tennis court, modern rooms with with private bathroom, air conditioning and terrace, friendly staff especially the receptionist Vasiliki (Vicky) was helpful with informations what to do in Siviri. All-you-can-eat delicious greek food at breakfast and dinner, excellent location of hotel Iris+++ to beautiful beaches (Agios Nikolaos beach, Stavronikita beach, Possidi Cape beach, Elani beach) on Kassandra ring, modern hotel for families with small children or couples who appreciate peaceful vacations.

Maybe for future improvement, they should start offering an extra portable baby beds, as they have the baby dining chair in the restaurant. It was a great benefit. It is all good as it was mentioned they dont have it in the offer when we booked, it's just like for improvement

We stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time in a row, now with a 6 months old baby, and it keeps getting better. The pool is great and spaceous, all around it is very clean, the sunbeds are comfy, and the whole surrounding is calming. The bar works till late hours and offers almost everything, even food and snacks. The room was clean and there is a room cleaning service everyday around noon, you can ask them for anything you need to be changed or cleaned. They've added Nespresso coffee makers to the room, and the small fridge is working perfectly fine. The staff was very polite, especially the girl with curly hair at the reception, she was always kind with us on anything we need, even our baby loved her. The restaurant staff were making sure everything is in order on both breakfast and dinner, you basically don't notice them, but they clean after you and they refill food in a minute, even the main chef controls everything around... the waiter boys and the lady waitress were always polite and always with a smile, they helped us with the baby a lot. The food was traditional, you will always find something to combine at breakfast and dinner, its always selection of pork, beef, chicken and fish, with a lot of side dish choice. There's always fresh season fruit and some cakes. The nearest beach bar and beach spot is on 5min walk, there is a small grocery shop near the hotel, you can also go by car if you need to bring stuff with you, you can park on many spots near the beach in September. All in all, it was a pretty pleasant and relaxing stay at Siviri

Slow internet and a moldy smell. There were some infiltrations in the wall with the door. From the bathroom also came a smell of piss, even though it was clean. I'm guessing it was something to do with the pipes/vents.

Room was dirty, hair, dust, mold in the bathroom, ants in the room. Not very good on cleaning. Room could use an upgrade. The pool was not cleaned very good and we found food scraps around the pool area from the previous day.

The outdoor spaces , the pool area, the restaurant. We got our linen and towels changed regularly.

The food was not so bad, but could improve the quality and variety for sure. We had a very small bath tub and the water pressure from the shower was quite low, it wasn't very convenient.

Staff clearly work hard and try hard but are lacking in enthusiasm and can be a little blunt, bordering on rude on occasion. Rooms slightly on the small side but generally pretty good.

Pool and grounds were beautiful and exceptionally clean and tidy. Dinner menus were pretty good and had a nice variety, although breakfast was less varied and started to get a bit boring.

The sound insulation of the rooms was very good. The hotel has been recently renovated. The room and bathroom are very spacious. 5 minutes walking distance to a very beautiful siviri beach. There is not much variety at breakfast but it is good. The hotel was generally quiet and calm. There is free outdoor parking. The pool bar was nice and played calm music, which was very good for us. There is a chess area and table tennis for children. There were no mosquitoes during our stay.

The well-designed exterior of the facility contrasts with the rooms that could benefit from improvements. Consider implementing mosquito and bug control measures to enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is good and the outdoor design is awesome. Pool is also good and there are some sunbaths over the pool which are fantastic. Prices for the grap and go bevarages are fair.
