I would ask the hotel to put some protection agains the insects on the windows as we had some mosquitos when we would open the window.

The location, the room, the big bathroom, the breakfast. We were really close to the town center and port, we could walk every evening, no need to use the car. The staff was also great, always smiling and ready to help. Even though the breakfast is the same everyday it has a lot of options so not possible to get bored. There are some parking places around the hotel, we did not have any trouble every time we came later in the evening. There are markets close to the hotel. It is close to the main road but we had a room facing the back of the hotel so no pb with the noise. It was a very good experience.

I didn't like that the air conditioner in the room couldn't be adjusted correctly and it blew directly onto the bed.

Amazing staff, very helpful and welcoming. Room was lovely, air con, bed, shower etc were great. Breakfast was tasty. Great location, easily can walk into Chania town and can follow back along the sea front so very easy to find your way back without google map. Beaches were a nice easy walk, supermarkets close. Would deff recommend for solo trip, couples and families.

Breakfast choices fine but not if you go down towards the end of the scheduled time. It’s also a 20 minute walk to main old town, which means going back and forward in the heat is tricky if you’re not mobile or healthy.

I enjoyed a peaceful, clean property with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The hotel was conveniently close to the beach, offering stunning sea views from my room. I loved being there in early July with warm sea water and plenty of beachfront restaurants. The town was just a 20-minute walk away. The friendliest staff I ever had in a hotel. They arranged everything for us from the taxi to guide us to the nicest places to eat. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was so clean. Nice view from the hotelroom.

On breakfast the heating pots weren’t working for the eggs/bacon/mushrooms to keep them hot. Plugs in the room were limited only two plugs to charge electronic equipment and only located at desk area.

The high headboard of the king size bed was placed against the window with the sea view. I hope the architect feels better soon and goes on a fengshui retreat.

Needed to request extra pillows- these were provided instantly. Location- quite a lengthy walk to the old town, which was tiring to do twice a day. Breakfast- fresh fruit was under ripe.

This 3 star hotel, with friendly welcoming staff, is well situated a few minutes walk from the end of the path along the sea front which leads to the busy harbour. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a good selection at breakfast.

Super service and amazing employees, wow! The resepsjonist named Nicole was soo helpful and genuine. Very nice and clean rooms with an amazing sea view and a pleasant bed. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel lays 2 min from a beautiful beach. Everything was perfect!

Beautifully kept hotel. Light and airy foyer, and rooms had all facilities. Breakfast had lots of choices, and was well stocked.

See view from room was OK, but just under balcony quite busy street make a lot of noise. Central A/C was switched off, however with closed balcon doors it was very hot inside. Breakfast till 10:30, when we came at around 9 some food was already finished (scrambled eggs), what left was quite cold. Also small amount of vegetables, but still some choice of cold cuts jam and cheese, enough to be full :).

Very nice and helpfull staff, we could live our suitcases in deposit before room was ready, also when leaving after check in.
