Everything was truly immaculate—from the bathroom to the linens—showing a clear attention to detail and genuine care from the hosts. The location is simply stunning—just a few steps from the sea, with the mountains rising right in front of your eyes. You wake up to the scent of salt in the air and a cool mountain breeze, the perfect setting for full relaxation or spontaneous hikes. And the hosts… absolutely wonderful people! Kind, respectful, always ready to help with a warm smile and a kind word. They make you feel at home, even when you're far from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Very modern apartment with big terrace and big space for my family. Very comfortable and clean. We are very satisfied from receptionist, who explain us for everything for our room and he welcome us with some free drink, cookies and snacks. Beach is very close and also center of Leptokarya. We would like to come again and for sure I will book in the same place in near future.

The apartment was clear and very comfortable. There was a parking for the car, nice balcony and view to the garden. It's very close to the beach and to tavernas, coffee and markets. The hosts are super friendly and assisting with everything. The price is near perfect for that season. Beds and pillows are very comforts. It's very close to the Olympus national park and it's very good after hiked the peaks to go to the sea level :) We'll come again for sure!

What an amazing place! Super clean, amazing value. Plus, you get water, a bottle of wine and so many other goodies from the host. So pleasantly surprised. The location is 1-2 minites walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking right in front of the hotel. They also have an elevator. The patio was pretty big, table with 4 chairs. Bathroom pretty small, but you don't soend a lot of time there, right?

Everything was really fantastic with care in all details!

We visited Leptokarya during Easter 2025 and stayed at Irida Appartments for one night. The phone communication with the hoster was really very kind while our check-in time was late. The hotel was clean, fresh renovated and ready to warmly host people for the season and summer holidays. The access is to the reception and to the appartments floors is easy (there is also elevator). The reception hall is a fantastic place to relax. The room was comfort for a family of 4 and everything was CLEAN! There is a kitchen and a bathroom with all facilities. The balcony is fantastic with a direct view to Olympus (it was snowed when we visited)!! The beach is close to the hotel as well, and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket around. The parking was easy and the neighbourhood was silent. We really enjoyed the "welcome" with compliments - Thank you very much!! The polite and warm owners provided to us also useful information for the close and wide area!! An excellent & comfortable stay at beautiful Leptokarya next to the beach with a great view to Olympous mountain!!

We had a lovely stay. The receptionist explained where everything is and was very friendly. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a pleasant view to the mountains. There were also snacks and drinks in the room, which was a great surprise after an exhausting trip.

Very comfortable beds, clean and cozy apartment. The balcony was also great. Decently equipped kitchen. The owners were very nice and friendly. Very close to the beach (2min walk!). Close to a lot of restaurants and coffeeshops. We should have booked it for longer!

The bed was not very comfortable and the double bed had 2 individual mattresses put together.

The lady that helped us with the check in was very welcoming and nice. The room had a nice balcony. They have available free cookies, cereal bars, water, coffee, tea, and wine. It's 1min walking from the sea and 15min by car from Litochoro. A lot of parking spaces available in front of the hotel.

Modern, clean, the entire apartment smells great. I especially liked the terrace because it’s so spacious. Two TVs and two air conditioners. Complimentary snacks and vine. Every detail was thought of and makes you feel like home.
