3 min walk very easy access beach, shop and restaurants. Owner and team very helpful. Near to Kos Airport 10 min with taxi.

While my stay was short, there was nothing I did not like about my stay.

It was convenient to the ferry at Mastichari that I had to catch in the morning. After a long 36 hours of traveling the comfortable bed was so welcome.

It was very well located for bars/restaurants and the port. It was immaculately clean. We were given an upgrade. There was water in the fridge which was appreciated as we were late arrivals. It had a lovely view straight onto the beach.

Lovely place, right by the beach. We had dinner on the balcony at sunset - it was so beautiful! The place is spotless clean and Athena is very sweet and welcoming. Thank you for the gift, Athena! Dimitris is always on hand and replies immediately, he helped us to book a taxi. We stayed here twice and loved it both times. Check-in and check-out is very easy, you can leave your bags if your flight is late at night. The kitchenette is great, bed is comfy! Totally recommended!

The room was small but nice and cosy, with nice clean bathroom, small kitchen with everything is needed. And the view!!!! View is astonishing!! I couldn’t stop looking through the window on the sunset!! Amazing!

Only stopped one night before getting ferry to Kalymnos. Arrived late and key was just in door to let ourselves in. Left early too, so didn't really meet the hosts, but the comms were good throughout via messaging. Its not often a room look 'exactly' like it did on the photos, but this did. Very comfy. Very Clean, Good shower etc.

Everything really new, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff recommended a place for breakfast. Beautiful view out over the beach. We left the balcony door open at night so we could hear the sea - so peaceful :). The manager is very responsive too on communications and went out of his way to accommodate a change in our plans.

Nothing, we had an excellent stay and our hosts were amazing. They allowed us a late chrck out at 5pm and ordered our taxi to the airport.

The location was excellent and the apartment was modern, comfortable and clean.

Only the walk back from town was a bit of a slog , and the then the stairs. But we both though it worth it for the view from an extra large balcony
