There is nothing that we thought could have been done better as far as the hotel. It was all really great. Highly recommended.

We loved it! Amazing location, walking distance to centre of Fira but quiet enough too. Our advice would be get up early and walk the cliff paths through Fira into Imerovigli, it is amazing and lovely and lovely and quiet that time of the day. Yes, the centre of town is busy at night but no worse than other other holiday destination in August. The breakfast was great, pool not busy at all and room serviced very well indeed. Both reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

The apartment was beautiful. The hot tub and bathrooms were particularly enjoyable and luxurious. Also the reception team were incredibly helpful and pleasant to interact with. Only here for one night but had a lovely stay.

A big thanks to the whole team, the hotel is very nice, ultra clean and close to the center while avoiding disturbances. Special thanks to the desk team Emy & Kostas for their kindness and availability - ask Kostas for restaurant advice, he has a lots of tasty addresses. The Junior suite 1 is very well decorated and spacious. This is a top choice even if it has no view on the caldera !

It is not "negative" and will not disturb your stay there, but just that you are prepared: 1. You should not drink there tap water. Not sure if it was due to hygiene or merely taste considerations, but we were told not to drink it. So be prepared to drink bottled water. 2. They have bidet in the toilet, as you should not use throw toilet paper in the toilet. Can take time to get used to, if you don't use it at home (especially with kids).

First and foremost, we liked the hospitality of Emi (morning-noon) and Kostas (afternoon-evening). They were really great and provided very useful information - just ask them about everything, from where to eat Gyros or which restaurant has the best sunset views until which beach is the best at a specific day. They really did everything to make us happy - and indeed we were. Breakfast is served to the room, which is great with young kids, as you can eat in the comfort of your room. The pool and the in-unit Jacuzzi were great and provided an opportunity to relax / cool down between the day and evening activities. We also liked the location - there is a parking lot just nearby (we were with a car, and there was always a space there), and it is not in the center of Fira (so no noise, crowds etc.), but pretty close to it by foot.

Beautiful clean room and very kind, friendly and helpful staff. We had to check out early to meet our ferry transfer and the kind staff prepared a take away breakfast for us. A good location, only a short walk up the hill to the centre of Fira. The plunge pool was also lovely.

It is beautiful and so close to Fira and easy to get to the bus station to the airport and Oia Emi the receptionist is wonderful she goes out of your way to make you happy even organising breakfast for me when I had to leave early actually all the staff are wonderful the lady Artemmy that works in the souvenir shop next door is beautiful and so friendly and helpful

The staff were amazing especially Emi at the front desk. Their moto is you think it and we will make it happen. That’s so true. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. We used both the hot pool and swimming pool and both set at perfect temperatures. Loved our stay!!

My family and I spent a wonderful 5 nights at Irene City Villas and thoroughly enjoyed it. Emi made us feel so welcome and was so helpful with suggesting tours and activities during our stay. The rest of the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, very clean and serviced daily. The pool area and hot tubs were also clean and very enjoyable. Fira town was just a short walk away, so this was a great central location. Breakfast was amazing and served on time every day. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. Thank you Emi and team for an unforgettable stay.
