Really nice pool, good kitchenette and outdoor seating area attached to the room. The location was really good - outside of ipsos but next to a good strip of restaurants, beaches and transport links

- we couldn't use the toilets the first night because the flush wasn't working and the noise it made prevented us from sleeping... thankfully the issue was sorted out the next morning but it really gave us a bad first impression and it wouldn't have hurt to check it before giving us the room - the soundproofing wasn't good enough as we could hear our neighbours and the road - the beds were a bit too hard for us - the kitchen was minimalist with only few utensils and not even a kettle - overall our stay was okay but the price is too high for what it is

- staff were friendly and keen/quick to help - great location with lots of shops around and a 10-minute walk from the beach and restaurants - appreciated that the receptionist offered a late check-out and called a taxi from and to the airport

The pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing, but we were able to use next doors pool and the beach was also a short walk so it was ok.

Host was lovely, we had a problem with our AC and she dealt with it very quickly. Fresh towels and sheets everyday.

Unfortunately, pool and breakfast area was not ready and done with renovations so we couldn't use them, but the owner arranged us the breakfast and pool at the villa next door (Villa Sofia), where they served good breakfast with enough choices, but it was not a self service breakfast what we paid for. Air conditioning was working only when the keys were inserted (which is common and also understandable) so every time we came back into the room, the room was really hot. As the weather was hot even at night we had air conditioning working also at night, but the device was placed above the bed so we had to move the bed to be able to sleep (not such a problem but still).

It was clean, staff was really nice and kind. The room was exactly as the pictures showed.

Despite the good things, there has been some minor things which could have made the stay better. The bed was quite hard and, at least for myself, quite uncomfortable causing a sore back for majority of the trip. There was some hair left in the room, which didn’t bother us too much as understand it is easy to miss when cleaning. We also wouldn’t have minded doing the dishes however unfortunately washing up liquid is not one of the things provided. The WiFi in our room was also quite poor, both on our own devices and the smart tv.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the centre and the beach. The room was quite modern with the exception of the kitchen unit. The bed was large, after seeing some reviews not being happy about the bed being made up of two single beds, was a bit worried about the middle however this has been filed with foam so there was not that much difference between this and a normal bed. The shower was a good size as well as clean. The view from the balcony was very nice. At the time we were there it was quite quiet. The pool area was also very nice. We have also received a bottle of wine upon arrival which was a very nice surprise and made our anniversary just that little bit more special. Very happy with the overall experience.

- terrible bathroom and the toilet was bad and wasn't fixed - WiFi doesn't work (WiFi itself was functional, but there was no Internet) - very noisy at night at least the room at the street side - extremely uncomfortable bed - breakfast is a joke

Aircon took all day to make the room even slightly cool, pool wasn't cleaned so left green colour in my hair and swimming costume and breakfast was inadequate and unappetizing.

Nice, big room with balcony, newly renovated, only the kitchen is old. Large swimming pool, close to beaches and all other facilities. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day

It was pretty hot in the room, because the AC was old and needed hours to cool down the room. There are no toiletries in the bathroom.

The place is good value for money and the staff was friendly. The location is close to the main city beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are big enough and have balconies.

The bathroom and shower - could be more clean, however, the biggest problem was that there was no ventilation in the whole room!

Great value for the price! We got what we expected, the place was very quiet and chill. The pool was totally fine, I highly appreciate that there was no music playing at the pool area or anywhere else at the hotel. We arrived late at night, the communication regarding check in on Whatsapp with the staff was very smooth.

The pool was full of young adults diving in the pool and playing a speaker for 3 days of our holiday. This made it a lot less peaceful and annoyed us a lot.

Local kids were so noisy in the street that we couldn't hear ourselves talk whilst on the balcony. The room above us could be heard talking very loudly all night through the vents in the bathroom. Had a very poor sleep. Room facilities were very basic. Hardly any utensils and crockery. Only 1 plug socket that worked. Beds very hard.

Nice enough looking complex and nice pool. Location was fairly good and not far from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodating with late check in.

Wouldn’t suit us for longer than one night. Poor kitchen facilities and lack of equipment. We like a combination of cooking and eating in as well as eating out.
