The second toilet is quite small.

It was a quaint little house in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable and there was sufficient toiletries for all. There was no shortage of towels - the host had a chest full of them for our use. He left us a complimentary bottle of wine, too! Sakis was a wonderful host.

The home was nice. The location was great. Right near grocery and minutes from the bus station. It was right in the center of everything and the street was quiet. The outside courtyard was really nice as well as the jacuzzi. Great to have use of the washing machine and the host was very helpful with arranging transport.

It can be hard to find on your own, ask host for help.

The location was very convenient for us, close to the main bus terminal, yet in a secluded area. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hot tub and sitting area were nice to relax at the end of a hectic day. The public bus service is excellent and inexpensive, with service to all main areas in the island for a flat rate of 2 Euros. We even used it to get to the airport; this was great since taxis can be expensive.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lokasti Villa. Maria came to meet us by the bus station and directed us to check in. She explained everything we needed to know and it was so clean and perfectly located near all restaurants and 5 mins walk to the bus station. The highlight for both kids and adults was the hot tub. We spent a lot of time there after a long day walk. Thanks to the lady that come to do house keeping for us every day.

Space was too small, and cluttered for the family was hard to move around the excess furniture and sofa bed out with 6 people and luggage, couldn’t use second shower too small.

Location was fantastic and convenient to walk with the family, enjoy the jacuzzi and the open courtyard.

Although there was a daily cleaner person, outside furniture needed a bit more cleaning.

The villa has a good greek-style decoration and is very well located - 2min from the bus station and 8min walking to the center of Fira. The jacuzzi is a huge plus. Communication with the host was excellent.

Excellent stay, the location was great. The main bus stop to get around Santorini is around the corner. It is located in the Centre close to everything. The host Maria was amazing, she was so helpful. We were able to call her if we had a question. Nothing was too hard for her, she went above and beyond so our stay was comfortable. Excellent customer service.

Maria and Christina were very accommodating, helping arrange rides from airport and to ferry to relieve any stress. Iokasti is a little off the main strip so much quieter. Enjoyed reading on the balcony in the mornings when the weather was cool.

Everything was perfect.

Iokasti villas house is amazing, location, location, location. 1 minute walk to Main Street of Fira, where you walk up to all the shops and caldera views. Everything is nearby, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, bars, laundry, spas…… This is a 2 bedroom house with a private patio with a hot tub (which came in handy since it was very cold). Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge and you could absolutely cook there if you wanted to. It comes with a complimentary bottle of white wine and crackers. Very spacious living room, great Wi-Fi. One of the bedrooms is a bit larger, but both have very comfortable beds with down comforters. Lots of pillows and blankets available in house. They even have bathrobes and slippers. Super nice main bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is a little smaller. Christina and Maria are amazing and assist with anything you need, they set up transport to and from ferry, laundry if needed and are super responsive. They have daily room cleaning as well. I would definitely stay there again. The personal touch makes a world of difference.

The property although comes with 2 bathrooms, one of them was too small and no space to take bath. So essential you’ll have 2 bathroom but only 1 where you can take bath. Another area where it could be improved is cleanliness. Although we got the rooms/house cleaned everyday but the cleanliness was not up to the mark. We saw hair and makeup remover cottons in the bathroom the first day which was disappointing. Another issue was with the air condition in the second bedroom. It did not do proper cooling and we raised this with the host the first day itself. The AC would stop in between and when working it did not cool enough. We had to keep the doors of the other rooms (1 bedroom and 1 hall) open so that the cool air from those rooms would keep the second bedroom cool. We managed it this way but would have expected it to be perfect given the price we paid.

The location of the property was very good which was right in the middle of Fira. The bus station (from where you get local transport to Oia, beach, airport) was 3 mins walk. The main market was also 2-3 mins walk. Amazing location. The host were also very polite and good. They also allowed us to keep our bags at the property after checkout which was very helpful.

we had no hot water for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. contacted the owner twice and non-responsive until I called her and she advised it would be fixed but issues persisted. it was almost like she was trying to brush things under the carpet instead of fixing the problem.
