The swimming pool could be cleaner.

Everything was great, except for the swimming pool, which need to be clean. There was a green stripe of dirth or algae all around the edge of the pool.

We wanted the room with sea view but we didn’t sawed the sea because our rooms were in the first floor.

The pool wasn't good. Some of the staff wasn't polite as it should be, I hope that was because they must have been busy.

The balcony: referred to as sea side view was limited …; as well due to its small size, it was not very comfortable to sit … more so due to the heat generated by the air conditioning, and clothes hanger facing the air conditioning… which together, reducing the size of balcony space availability by half …So I don’t think it warranted its extra cost.

My only issue was the lay out of the room was the bathroom was situated in the master bedroom so being with my brother he had to pass through from his room to mine which was inconvenient, however if it was a couple staying in the room the lay out would have been ideal!

The hotel is in perfect location, next to golden beach! THe hotel territory is well though out and beautiful. Rooms are clean and it feels like hotel is recently built. Overall we were more than satisfied for what we got for the price we paid!

The beer at the bar included in the all-inclusive pack is quite poor and basicly all the included stuff is a bit poor, like the ice - cream. The drinks at the restaurant were ok but you can only drink them at the restaurant and in the times that you go there. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and in the hallway.

It was ok, food ok, not great but not bad either. The wi-fi was mostly good, the shower curtain is a bit of an inconvienince, but you can get over it. Cleaning was done every day. Asked them for a boxed lunch and they packed it up really nicely.

The overall experience in the restaurant can be improved. For dinner there was only one bottle of water per table and sometimes it wasn't brought by the staff at all. Special desserts (waffles, pancakes) at the restaurant are prepared slowly thus creating long queues in the restaurant. But besides that, everything was wonderful!

Everything was wonderful! Front desk assistance was very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, blankets and towels were changed as well. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and varied during the week. We had one of our best sea vacations ever here!

My room was beneath restaurant and morning can hear steps above, but wasn’t so bad.

Was clean and near beach. Personnel was very friendly and willing for help. Meal tasty and variety.
