Only down side is that taxis were a bit unreliable and didn't like coming up into the mountains but that's not the fault of the villa.

The villa was great - lovely pool, nice house, amazing view. Dimitris is really nice and can help if you need it. He is nearby every day but you still have your privacy around the pool.

There was not really anything we didn’t like. Suggest arriving in daylight as it’s quite a big, steep drive up to the villas but it is so worth it!

Everything! We felt like we were on top of the world and set amongst the most beautiful, serene setting. But equally we were not isolated. We were only a few short minutes away from the beach, cafes restaurants and supermarkets. Our host Dimitris was so hospitable and generous and gave us the best local area tips.

We knew before we booked that a car was required so not a surprise for us. It would have been perfect if a shop or restaurant was in walking distance but we would not then have had the views or the peace.

Everything was very good, nothing to complain about. Maybe just for beginner drivers - parking might be a little challenging.

Beautiful property, very useful to have the property manager on the site - hé was very very helpful and have us very good vibes. Great for familles, as we had 3 bathrooms (each room had ita own bathroom).

The sitting room furniture is really not comfortable to sit on, both sofa and chair are not comfortable at all and we did not enjoy sitting on them

The villa was perfect location with excellent local taverns and restaurants, the facilities in and outside of the villa were fantastic, beds were comfortable and washing facilities were really good, but the best part of our stay must have been Dimitris, he was amazing, very helpful and very kind, we would return just to see him again.

Beautiful private villa with an amazing view of the hills and the sea. We were provided with all the facilities and the host dimitris was extremely accommodating and welcoming. I mentioned that this was a proposal trip for my then girlfriend and he arranged flowers and a Prosecco bottle as a gift. This was extremely appreciated. Fantastic villa in a brilliant location. Close to Chania airport but in a quiet set-back location which made for a fantastic family holiday. Dimitris was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome.

Be ready for the steep drive up to the property but once mastered it wasn’t a problem.

A minor detail but the symbols on the oven had rubbed off so we were guessing a bit when cooking, but that was the only downside!

The location just a few Kms up the hill, gives great views, a nice breeze and seemed to help alleviate the humidity down at sea level. Dimitris was an amazing property manager - nothing was too much or too little for him, and always service with a smile. We left feeling we had a new friend. And if you do book, please feed the cats! They are very cute and friendly!
