Unfortunately the bathroom door in one of the rooms kept getting stuck requiring another person in the room to open from the outside. I reported the issue but it was not fixed despite an assurance that the owner would do so.

Great location and convenient for parking at to get breakfast at the bakery across the road, also close to mini markets for water.

Cock crowing at 3am for a long time. The picture for the room showed a different much bigger balcony - I had plans to spend lots of time on it doing yoga etc as there were three adults sharing a small space but had to make do with a nice but tiny balcony instead. mentioned this to the rep who showed us the place on arrival and his response was not satisfactory.We were the only people in the block,would've been nice to offer us the bedroom next door which did have the bigger balcony as it was empty. Using a rep also feels too impersonal. Also, nowhere to put clothes in one of bedrooms. No warmer bed covers. One expensive shop. Coffee outrageously priced at 4+ euros.

apartment very clean, mostly quiet, lovely garden, 5 minutes walk to village, modern. Lovely homemade pastries and ice-cream in cafe across road. Small sheltered beach and lots of buses elsewhere. Friendly place.

The bathroom is very small and didn't even have a place to put the hand soap bar. The bathroom is poorly designed without a floor divider/lip so the entire bathroom gets flooded during a shower. There needs to at least be another drain on the floor if designed this way. The shower head was cracked and sprayed water perpendicularly in multiple directions, causing even more water to spray across the bathroom. When we contacted the company to ask about this, they never responded. Even days later, no response, despite attempts to contact over both Booking messaging and WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, it shows they read our message and are online very frequently, yet no response. Funny how responsive they were when they try to sell their car rental services, food delivery services, and other tour services, but suddenly disappear completely as soon as we have one fixable problem. Very unprofessional, despite being run by a company, and not a small family operation. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we've stayed in across our travels, feels like a hard pad on the floor. The balcony is not as pictured, it is much smaller and very dirty.

The location is convenient within Pollonia, located across the street from a popular bakery. Parking was easy in a free public lot 2 minute walk away; although no dedicated parking for the apartments, we didn't have an issue getting a spot, but not sure if that ever changes. Apartment was relatively clean and there is air conditioning. The host company was responsive over messaging prior to check-in and allowed us to check-in in the morning since the apartment was already vacant.

Unfortunately I noticed two items go missing from our room, which we raised with the property, who were dismissive of our issue. This caused some stress with leaving our valuables in the room for the last few days of our stay, and the issue was unresolved upon checking out. A disappointing end to what was an otherwise pleasant stay. Unfortunately the property has since been unresponsive.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Amazing location, incredible bakery just across the road, minutes walk from the beach, a supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful little studio with everything you need. Friendly cleaner who cleaned everyday. Could not recommend more and at such an amazing price! We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Door bathroom open weird but not A big deal.

Very clean, storage places, some cookere and a cattle for tea or coffee. Nice location. Nice little balcony. Little terrace outside. Owner have a café and they offer 15%. Fridge.

DON'T RISK IT. Owners sold us a quad room which we booked and paid for and then when we arrived at the hotel they said they only had double rooms, this was months after we booked. Was very inconvenient but these things happen. We had paid more for the bigger room so they offered to partially refund us. They never did and I chased them up and they kept hanging up on me. Communication is very difficult with owners, no one on site. The whole room smelt slightly of sewerage the whole time, must have been a plumbing issue Room needed bathroom door fixed, it kept popping open randomly.

No screens for siders and window , no microwave, no chairs in room so if it is raining you can sit inside. hard bed, no dresser for clothing, no sun drapes for sun protection or rain ,one waste paper basket, noise from ATV, car, ants on bathroom floor, 24 step up to suite and was not told at time of renting, . Partner had hip problems sequency results pain and discomfort. Suitcase broken girl drag 50 pound suit case up stairs and wheel broken on slate , had to get new suit case.no one on premise to discuss issues when needed ( i.e. drying rack need screw). they were conducted business ( restaurant) . Only two outside chairs and table on deckwould be nice to have a couple of lounging chairs. Poor lighting on deck of want to read, as well another light next bed so not to disturb partner.

Nothing, the host transferred me as agreed with them at their request via booking.com. I got to the apartment in Pollonia, to be told they had double booked my room... They offered me an apartment in adamas or a refund. Wtf... I booked Pollonia, paid in advance and then to be told no room at the inn. Disgraceful.
