This property was perfect for us a a couple. The hosts and staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. The property was cleaned daily to a very high standard, the breakfasts were excellent, we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. We will definately be returning next year!

This was the best hotel ever for our family of four! George and Alexandra treated us like family, the views were unforgettable!! The location was super convenient, in the heart of Firostefani yet so quiet and tranquil. It was hard to leave!

This was the most fabulous stay. Alexandra and George were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. If you’re still thinking about booking-stop this is where you need to be! Location for us was fabulous steps from delicious food, slower pace than both Oia and Fira. Perfect place to explore the island with magnificent caldera views. This is the best spot to see the sunset. Perfect.

Nothing could have been better outside of the fact that we wished we could have stayed longer.

The most awesome location…breathtaking views of the island, sunset, and easy transport to other parts of the island. Very very close walking distance to lots of shops and local delicious restaurants. The most awesome hosts-George, Linda, and Nicoletta…anything you need they will accommodate and will do so with a massive smile. They treated us like family. The most awesome breakfast…we often were able to skip lunch as the breakfast was so hearty and delicious. They also offer a generous portion of local wine free of charge to watch the sunset. The most awesome vacation…we can’t wait to stay here again. I really can not rave enough about this place. Don’t hesitate, book today! My family and I stayed in the Spila Suite with the private pool and had the best time ever. We will be back for sure. Thank you George.

We had to wait until 0830 for coffee. Only coffee in the room was instant coffee. Steep stairs to get to our room.

Excellent view from our room and balcony. Pool was perfect to cool off after a walk in the hot sun. Breakfast was good.

We loved everything!

An authentic cave house perfectly located near cafes and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of ‘downtown’ Fira, with a front row seat to the stunning sunsets from our beautiful pool suite. Georgio and Nicoletta were perfect hosts with too many kindnesses to mention.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the suites. From the start, Giorgio was a fantastic and helpful host, he greeted us at the nearby lot where we were dropped off, and helped us to our beautiful room. Each morning we had a great breakfast of pastries, eggs and amazing yogurt and fruits. When my mother fell ill our first night, Giorgio called us a taxi at 4am and came out to help us get medical aid! Afterwards, he ensured her comfort and even brought a room heater from his own home. He showed us the meaning of gracious hospitality and we thank him for such a wonderful trip. He gave us many recommendations for nearby restaurants and was always there for a quick hello or chat. We loved that the location is outside the main part of Fira and was much quieter than the busy parts of town. Each night we had a beautiful walk back from dinner, and would recommend staying here to get a fuller experience of Santorini.

There is absolutely nothing we would say was not nice.

I would say everything about this place was nice. The suite was beautiful and we could watch the Caldera sunset from our patio without having to go anywhere. We love the team of people who worked there from the manager (Nikoleta) to Nikos to the lady who made our awesome breakfast to the lady who did housekeeping. The hotel does not have it's own parking as it is literally on the side of the cliff but, in October, we had no issues with finding local FREE public parking by the church which is a few steps away. There are also numerous restaurant and shopping choices nearby.

Amazing location with great sunset views. Staff is very friendly and went the extra mile to help and make us feel welcomed. We stayed here for 3 days and this place is very central to Santorini. A lot of good resteraunts nearby. 10 min walk to Fira marketplace. Very yummy breakfast. Large parking area nearby.

Ikastikies Suites were faultless. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by Nicoletta and Giorgos to the final ‘yasou’ they could not have been more kind or welcoming. Nicoletta is a mine of information and efficiently booked restaurants (Aktaion is superb) sailing trips and taxis. All the staff are delightful, the rooms beautifully presented and immaculately clean and breakfast delicious! Firostefani is an ideal middle-ground for exploring to Oia or Fira while avoiding crowds. The suites are an oasis to relax in, with incredible views across to the islands and along the coastline. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Everything was topnotch. I can't even think of anything I didn't like.

Wow, wow, wow, is the best description of Ikastakies Suites. We were blown away at the location, and room. The view from our private balcony was breathtaking. I can't say enough about the breakfast. It was made to order, and so much quality food. The cook made our favorite omelet of feta, tomato, and bell peppers for us as a request. This has been one of our all time favorite room we have stayed in throughout our travels.

There was nothing we didn't like about Ikastitikes Suites. There are lots of stairs which some people may find challenging, but that is typical of Santorini!

We loved everything about our stay at Ikastitikes Suites! It is perfectly located between Fira and Imerovigili, within walking distance of both. Overlooking the caldera, the daytime, night time and especially sunset views are spectacular. The suites are lovely, comfortable and well equipped, and the hospitality is exceptional. You won't believe the amazing breakfasts! The owner Giorgos, and his delightful, patient and always helpful manager, Nicoletta, along the attentive staff, make you feel like the most important people on the planet! If you have the opportunity to stay at Ikastitikies jump at it! You will love it!

Everything was great, but be advised there are a lot of stairs.

The view from this hotel was beyond spectacular. Only 4 rooms in the complex made it nice for privacy. The staff was beyond helpful. We arrived late and they waited up for us, made sure we got dinner as well as helped get our bags up and down the stairs.

Honestly there wasn’t anything we would change.

We loved staying here. The views are awesome. The customer service was great and the location of the hotel is fantastic. The pool area is also lovely with great views.
