Kiki and her family are extremely friendly and hospitable. There was always a bottle of cold water waiting for us during the summer heat. The place is spotless and well-maintained, with a reserved parking spot right in front of the building. The hosts speak very good English, making communication easy for anything you might need. Both the beach and the city center are just a short walk away. A wonderful place, we will definitely visit again!

Ideal location, 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to the city center. The owner Kiki was very warm and cheerful and we enjoyed talking to her and gifting each other little gifts! The cute cats Mitsikoula and Phaeton were entertaining hosts as well! The owners were diligent, friendly and helped with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and we consider visiting again!

Everything was amazing.

Whatever you say, it will be small. Kiki and her family are now part of ours! We are used to going to more luxurious places but this year we decided on a different path and it was the best decision ever! I can tell you no hotel(5-6-whatever stars) will give you such an amazing attitude and attention. This place felt like our second home. We love you guys ❤️ We are coming back next year(if not later this summer) 😁

The apartment was clean and cozy with a huge balcony. Very close to the beach and the city, yet in a quiet street. You have everything within walking distance from the apartment. The hosts are super kind and welcoming, always there to help with whatever needed. We had a really pleasant stay here.

The property exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. Apartment is very comfortable with two rooms, kitchen and normal size bathroom. Cleanliness is at a the highest level. Building has elevator which is very rare. It is in the quiet part of the village. On the other side of the intersection is big beautiful playground for kids with many trees. There is a nice courtyard with tables and chairs. Hotel owners are very kind and hospitable. They always ready to help guests about everything. My daughters played with their cat Micikula while I was enjoy in the canary bird song.

Excellent location in the quiet area of Paralia Katerini and 1 min from the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, with big balcony. There is a lift and nice garden. The owners Kiki, her mother and the whole family are lovely and very kind people. It was a pleasant stay there and definitely recommend it.

Apartments are very spacious, clean, tidy, they have all necessities you can possibly need while you’re on holiday and it’s a less than two minute walk to the beach literally… Appartments are run by very friendly and very polite family.
