Perfect location, beautiful historical building, great breakfast

Very complicate check-in process, had to call and would have helped to receive information about parking outside the old town before arriving.

The location was perfect – in the middle of the old town of Chania. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The ladies made a delicious breakfast for us

Charming feel, perfect location. A quiet street only seconds away from the bustle of Old Town Chania. Has a nice atmosphere from the balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The charm wears off pretty quickly. Firstly, during the work day it is almost impossible to get a park close by, and was a nightmare to drive to the location to begin with, as there were road works blocking the normal route. Should not be advertised as accomodation with parking. The room was quite cramped, especially with luggage. Access was quite slow and difficult up the narrow stairway. We also had problems being bitten by mosquitoes or bed bugs or something.

Used the bath but the water wasn’t sufficiently hot to enjoy it (hot water runs out if multiple guests are using it perhaps?)

It was really beautifully decorated and the hot tub was properly cleaned. Also, the staff was very helpful!

The room was beautiful, full of character! The bed was comfy, the bath had little jets in and everything was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast although rushed because we had to get a bus was very nice and there was plenty of it!

The balcony felt a little unsafe, there was a wobbly plank.

We stayed on 2 separate occasions in Chania as we liked it so much. Very characterful place and so close to everything in the old town. Really sweet for a romantic trip

Great location in the old town down a quiet street. We really enjoyed the traditional style room, the hot tub was a nice bonus. Filling breakfast in the morning too.

Nothing, it was great

Good location in the heart of the old town. Not much of a view from the room but that does not matter to us. We missed the detail that you are not allowed to drive into the old town so was a little bit difficult at first but we managed to find a parking spot only a few minutes away. Perfect hotel for one or two nights. I wouldn’t want to spend more time than that in Chania.

The lights in the room. The roof lamp was too bright (felt like hospital) but still difficult to see. A little cramped but quite funny with a jacuzzi next to the bed ;) the bathroom was a bit small with difficulty to reach the toilet. The markers for hot and cold water are mixed so the blue is on the left with hot water and red is on the right with cold water

Quirky and lovely! The roof top terrace is wonderful, with a direct view on Chania harbour. Extremely well positioned, easy free parking close by, right in the middle of the old city. Very steep stairs to get to the room (3rd floor), not suitable for walking impaired, not even with a cane, I would not recommend for small children either, the stairs are that steep. But otherwise what a room! Lovely host, breakfast was wonderful! Truly enjoyed our stay.

Heart of the Old Town. Extremely characteristic

Everything! Cozy authentic room with balcony. Great for honeymoon and just a minute away from Chania lighthouse. Captain is very friendly and best hospitality! Big spread of breakfast... Is just perfect! Highly recommended to stay here!
