The staff were fantastic and very friendly always available to help keep the villa clean but also assist with local knowledge and recommendations.

The property is in a fantastic location in the middle of Oia. The facilities are very good with breakfast provided and replenished daily. The property comfortably slept 2 adults and 2 older teenagers across the 2 rooms.

Everything about this property is great! There are steps down to the villa, but it is very well lit and it is not a difficult walk.

This is by far my favorite villa in Santorini! It’s absolutely beautiful, very clean and they make sure you have everything you could possibly need. This was my second time staying at Ifestio Villas. Katerina, the host is great as well as Slatza and the porter! The views from this villa are unmatched by any others that I have seen in Oia. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and everything is very well thought out. The outdoor space is amazing! I will be staying again!

You have to climb a lot of steps from the villa to town but the way is picturesque so it's worth it. No new towels provided daily.

We liked everything! The view from the balcony got me excited as it is really is like the pictures. You have enough privacy to enjoy the hot tub or just to lounge, eat, nap there too. The owner Giannis was accomodating and welcomed us himself and gave us tips on where to eat and how to enoy the island more.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful property. Plenty of space for a family of four including two teenagers. So peaceful and quiet. Ideal for 4 days of rest and relaxation. Giannis was very helpful organising various excursions. The housekeeper was a lovely lady who shared the history of the Santorini with us.

Shower heads could be slightly higher and the holder to be tighter to hold its position in place when water is on.

The steps were a challenge for some family members, but the view and the privacy made it all worth it.

We did not know breakfast was provided before planning our trip so we had made some reservations to eat breakfast at local places. We appreciated the coffee.

Bad sides: if someone on upstair’s villa there is no privacy, they will be watching you in hot tub all the times. Breakfast is left in the freeze not served. Even if we were in villa maid came to wash the floor before we checked out and without asking us! We knocked other guest’s door for check in as there was no staff, reception or instructions anywhere!

Good sides: location, fasciitis and views were great. We were in Hercules Villa. All the complimentary things were great. Loved private hot tub and Jacuzzi. Day view and night view were great from the hot tub.

There are steps - but if you want to stay in a cave house in the cliffs this is how it is - and you just get to wear off all the delicious food you eat by climbing the steps

Our stay at Ifestio Villas was excellent. The traditional cave home was comfortable and a wonderful haven from the crazy that is Oia this time of year. The stay was made even better from our host, Katerina. She helped us no much both before and during our stay. She clearly loves what she does and is great at it. Thank you so very much Katerina for a holiday experience we won’t ever forget.

spiral stairs to downstairs bathroom a bit wobbly, front door difficult to lock and unlock, bathroom seat broken.

excellent views, helpful staff. porters brought luggage down to and up from villa. private patio and pool. big enough for family of five with two bedrooms and two baths. Hercules villa is better alternative to two hotel rooms. steps to villa are very manageable.

Everything was great!

The location in Oia was perfect! We absolutely loved the villa! It was very spacious and the two full bathrooms were fantastic since there were three of us traveling together. Our host Katerina was fantastic as well, she was very insightful as to the history of the island. I had been there four times before, but still did not know some of the history she shared with us. We had a great day, and I definitely would recommend Ifestio Villas!
