the staff was so friendly and they couldn’t do enough for us to help where ever they could. the appartement was spotless so clean and comfortable.. the swimming pool was so nice and there were enough beds aroung. at the bar there was a lot of food to choose from. we had a wonderful time and will come back as soon as possible. we will comment to everyone to spent their holidays overhere.

We just returned from an incredible stay at Ida Village and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from taking the extra mile to accommodate all of our requests by offering us a personalised service ! The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis, set in a tranquil location that truly allows you to unwind. . The grounds are meticulously maintained, with lush gardens and stunning views of the sea. We loved the refreshing pool, which was safe and inviting, while we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The spacious and welcoming apartment we stayed in was immaculate, equipped with all the comforts we needed, and the housekeeping kept everything fresh. Dining was a treat as well , great traditional dishes in very good prices, breakfast buffet (extra )offered a fantastic variety of delicious options that catered to everyone’s tastes, including healthy choices. We spent our days exploring the nearby beaches and charming villages, but it was always a joy to return to the hotel’s relaxing environment. The evening entertainment was delightful, providing fun for all tastes without being overwhelming. If you're looking for a place to create lasting memories, Ida Village is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it for families seeking a peaceful retreat in Crete. We can’t wait to return!

First the hotel sent me taxi driver who picked me From Airport directly to the hotel , where i was mostly welcomed by 2 nice ladies at the reception who organized early check in. The Staff was very friendly and the hotel located in the best part of the city , there is supermarket 2 minutes away and one long road full of shops . It was a good choice with a fair price. The beach is 5 minutes away.

-missing swimming pool towels (you have to bring your own) -the prices in restaurant could be a little bit better -the kid's playground is under the sun and there is no shadow protection for them.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The accommodation and facilities were very clean. Food excellent. Very good value for money. I also enjoyed a lovely massage at the spa

There was no negatives. It was exactly as expected.

Breakfast wasn't included, we had come from a stay in an all inclusive so wanted a different experience. We wanted to explore the area on foot. The rooms were very newly renovated and fabulous. Beds very comfortable.

This place is amazing. Mrs Despina was very kind and always eager to respond immediately to our requests. The entire Village is close to the beach but it also has two big pools and a small one for the kids. Near you can find multiple restaurants, with traditional greek food, a hipermarket, rental services, taxi but you can also take the local bus. The closest bus station is no 24. The apartament was big with three beds and one sofa, a small kitchen and three areas for dining.

There's not much to dislike to be honest. The 1 bed apartment was a bit more comfortable in terms of living space than the 2 bed just because it has some sofas but that's a minor point and the 2 bed has a lovely terrace to sit when the kids are asleep anyway.

IDA Village is a wonderful place and you can see why people go back year on year. Some truly fantastic staff who are amazing with children. My little boy got a balloon animal every day at breakfast from Thespian (apologies if I've spelt the name incorrectly) and Petros was mixing fruit cocktails with him in the bar everyday. Great hospitality all round. The food offering was also brilliant for days round the pool. There are great clean facilities, two wonderful pool options and a smaller paddling pool as well as a small playground. And there are guard rails, highchairs and cots provided for free. The apartments are clean and lovely and it's in a fab location for accessing the busy part of hersonisos whilst feeling quiet enough to be relaxing. A wonderful stay was had by all!

The kitchen shall be better equipped in untensils . ther was only basic items even not complete for four person.

Apartment is in great location close to city but on the side so it is very calm and silence there. Personnel is helpful and you can arrange anything you need on spot.
