The breakfast was superb! Local products, nice tastes and extra bonus the plate with "tiganites"! Great selection of bread in a bread basket, and of course, there were "lalaggia", a local treat, which is something like fried bread dough and you can enjoy them with cheese as well!

One of our rooms faced the street and was rather noisy. Also, no parking is provided, although we easily found a spot on the back of the block on which the hotel sits.

Location was good, quiet and easy to find. The breakfast was varied with eggs, bacon, tomatoes, yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit, breads, cakes, orange juice and coffee. Staff were very friendy and helpful. The left luggage option was a huge bonus for us and was easy and safe.

how it was operated, although it is mentioned as a hotel it does not have a reception and it does not have entrance control. it operates like and ArBnB, they send you a code to get the keys. If someone else does not put the keys back of the central entrance you can not get in. In addition it was not clean, the bathroom had hair on the floor and I found two small cockroaches alive inside.

We have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions over the years and this time, as usual we were not disappointed. It is near the sea, parking is difficult but you can find in the surrounding streets. The breakfast is superb and the staff attentive.

But worth noting that the city is a more or less normal port/marina town. There’s excellent seafood to be had but it’s not a place you’d spend long doing tourism.

Comfortable, nicely decorated hotel near the waterfront. Kalamata is a good base to spend a few days poking around the southern Peloponnese.

As other reviews have mentioned, the bathroom was very small in our room. The shower is narrow and sitting on the toilet your legs are under the edge of the sink. We are short people so it was OK for one night. If you are a taller/larger person this might be an issue. There may be other rooms with bigger bathrooms so you could ask the hotel before booking.

The location was excellent for the centre of Kalamata and the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. It was a heatwave when we visited 41C and the air condition was quiet and effective. There was no noise from the city in our room during the night. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. We had a one night stay and the room met our needs for this purpose.
