3 years ago, we spent 2 weeks in Montenegro at the Iberostar hotel in Budva, and we had a fantastic experience. So, we decided to trust the brand: this time, we spent 2 weeks in Crete, and our expectations were met again!! Professional and friendly staff of all the hotel departments did their best all the time, despite the pick season. The animation team entertained us in a great way (how not to mention their leader "Tony Macarony", which should get a monument at the theather for his talent). In addition, the food was superb and rooms always clean. We spent a lot of time at the private beaches surrounded by the stunning Greek landscape and embraced by the blue sea. Also, because of the strategic location of the property on the island, we decided to book two excursions (Heraklion + Elafonissi beach), which were definitely worth visiting. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay and strongly recommend for tourists who visit Crete for the 1st time.

The room was quite outdated. The water in the toilet was running nonstop. When we asked to move to another room, our request was refused. We had to wait till the end of the weekend to get the toilet fixed. Other things that we did not like included extra charges for soft drinks during dinner, although we were at HB. The poor quality of coffee and other drinks and beverages.

We really liked the food at the main restaurant, especially the dinner. Our teenage son enjoyed different activities and animation. The hotel's grounds are very well-maintained and offer breathtaking sunset views.

I did want to provide some constructive feedback regarding a few areas that require improvement. One specific point of concern was the availability of amenities. I booked my stay with the expectation of having access to tennis courts, as they were listed on the booking website. However, upon arrival, I discovered that they were not available. It would be helpful to have the online information updated to accurately reflect the amenities on-site to avoid disappointment for future guests. The room, while clean, felt quite outdated. The decor and furnishings appeared worn, and the overall feel could benefit from a modernization to match the standards of similar hotels. In addition, the breakfast service has significant room for improvement. The coffee, unfortunately, was a notable disappointment. It tasted weak and lacked the rich flavor one would expect to start the day. Additionally, the pastries were quite stale and seemed to have been sitting out for some time, which detracted from their appeal. The scrambled eggs were also consistently overcooked and rubbery, making them unappetising. Improving the quality and freshness of these specific items would greatly enhance the overall breakfast experience for guests.

Everything was great. Very good privat beach with great access for kids. Very big and green territory around the hotel. Aquapark and a lot of swimming pools. HB was also good and tasty. Kids room and mini disco for children are available. A lot of other activities during the day. The masseurs are too young and a bit inexperienced but very friendly.

I was deeply outraged by the attitude of the young man at your hotel’s reception towards my family. I specifically booked a room for one night (in fact, only from 05:00 to 12:00) for €250 so that my wife and our two small children could get some rest after a long 24-hour journey from Kyiv without proper sleep or rest. The receptionist (unfortunately, I do not know his name) responded by saying that they were “very lucky” and that he would allow my wife to bring the children (!) with her into the room. Even worse, he forbade two other women — my wife’s friends, who were also traveling with children — from even entering the room I had paid for. What kind of disgraceful and disrespectful treatment of guests is this?

Super hotel for family stay. Perfect animators for kids - big thanks to Ruben and Ayoze for making kids happy. Very nice offer of foods. We had HB and were never hungry. Sun-beds near seaside for free. We want to come back here next our holiday.

Room service very is limited on time. Because of the child’s naps our room was left not cleaned 3 times during the 10-days stay. The staff in the restaurants are not quite professional or totally focused on quantity and not quality- its’s a package-focused all inclusive hotel, I believe return is not that important. In 8 evenings having dinner in the main restaurant they asked me just twice if Id like a drink. Two small artificial coves are far too small to let everyone enjoy the sun and swimming in the sew. Again, I believe the focus is on next-to-pool guests. Drinks are overpriced: €6 for a glass of below average wine in buffet, €5 for 0.4l for no-name local beer and around €30 for a bottle of local wine is far too much. Greek Tavern (a’la cart) is a disaster: poor choice of buffet starters and only 4 main options with a level of a choice for mw “what I don’t like to eat less”. Had to remind staff take orders for drinks and mains and they even didn’t have large beer though it’s in a menu (go and get large glass from the main restaurant!). Small car park for all guests with cars. And pointless application you have to use to book your even buffet dinner.

Good located hotel with multiple pools and picturesque views. Wide menu in a main restaurant for breakfasts and dinners, so you can easily not repeat the meal Kids club. Beach/pool towels. Bathrobes and slippers. Recently renovated rooms. Mostly friendly and helpful stuff from Eastern Europe or Ukraine. Decent coffee in bars and cafes, even okay in buffet machines.

My only gripe was that we arrived on Wednesday for 5 nights and all of the restaurants were already fully booked so we could only eat dinner at the main buffet. This didn't matter too much to us but it might to others. Although the pools don't open until 10am, everyone puts their towels out way before this and so we had to take a 'if you can't beat them, join them!' approach otherwise we would have never found loungers by the pool we wanted but then again we were also in a fairly large group so I'm sure others might not have a problem!

6 pools to choose from! Easy to get around even though it's a large hotel. Lots of ramps for pushchair access. Very family friendly. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean everywhere. Bars at almost every pool area and food is never far away. Drinks were lovely and not watered down like a lot of holes! Refurbished bungalow was much nicer than expected. Kids entertainment was good Mini shop on site for all the bits you might have forgotten.

They didn’t reply to my emails before our stay. I didn’t enjoy the cocktails and the juice you get in your all inclusive is poor quality other than the breakfast juice (except for the peach juice).
