Very convenient for the beach/bars/restaurants . Simple but very clean and quiet. Eirini is so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Good shower/bathroom. Easy check in/out. 10/10.

Absolutely nothing

Wonderful week away in Mastichari - we have been coming for several years now First time at Iasonas Apartments, and what a hidden gem. Close to town (5 mins walk). Room and facilities were excellent, including communal kitchen on the ground floor, with tables arranged to eat outside - perfect. Eirini, our host, was charming and ensured rooms were cleaned/freshened every other day. Would highly recommend

Located in a quiet residential area reasonably close to a very nice beach with a lovely relaxing beach bar near by (see photo). An easy walk to the port where there were many excllent tavernas. We were able to manage without a car having visited Kos before and not needing to explore. We would definitely use this property again. Whilst the kitchen faciilities in the room were basic we were invited to use the kituchn downstairs which looked excellent with a patio for al-fresco eating. The owner was very friendly

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The room was a good size, with fridge and kettle provided with a nice welcome drink provided. In addition to the private balcony, there is an excellent open front terrace for all guest with an adjacent full kitchen facility (which is a great bonus). A very short walk to the walk to the excellent beach. Our host was very friendly.

Everything was wonderful. Wonderful welcome and continued support, very clean accommodation, fabulous location for the village, beach, pool. The shared kitchen idea was great with a wonderful sitting area outside. Allows food prep not in your room with a wonderful sitting area. Great location for the wonderful Mastichari sunset.

Everything was nice and clean. We made breakfast every morning. Supermarket and the beach are very near. Eirini was always a big help, with whatever help we needed. We are more than happy with our stay!

The place is amazing, calm, surrounded by a beautiful garden and you can look at the sea. Really closed to the beach, restaurants, bar and supermarket. Everything you need is 5 minutes walking. I have a phisical problem and I cannot walk much and I had no issues (some apartment have stairs but some others are on the ground floor). The owner is a beautiful person. I will come back for sure!

Wifi & sound protection from other rooms/hallway.

Imagine you're waking up from the sound of the sea - the location of this place is a dream. Everything is walkable from this place, the beach is just a few steps away and you have a variety of restaurants and shops just 5 minutes away. The place is not the most modern but is clean and very welcoming. The owner of this place is the sweetest person which made my whole stay even more relaxing.

The property was very clean, quiet and comfortable aswell as being ideally located for a very short walk to the beach and town of Mastichari. Our host was so warm, welcoming and generous. We could not have chosen a better place to stay for a 5 night break in October. The air con worked well and was quiet enough to have on overnight. Our beds were great with a firm mattress and really comfortable pillows. The host takes great pride in her place, and it shows. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Take plenty of strong mozzie repellant! Nothing to do with the room, but a tip for visiting the area :-)

Very basic bathroom, tended to flood when you showered.. No hairdryer in room but supplied when requested.

Good shared kitchen facilities. And outdoor seating area.. Fairly good location, not right in town but easy level walk on path or by the beach..staff very helpful
