Our stay in Chalki was absolutely unforgettable, and this house made it even more special. It was super cute, clean, well kept and with very comfortable mattresses! The owner offered free transport for our luggage from the port to the property and back, was super helpful with suggestions and very friendly.

While we had no problems with this during our stay, I think that it would improve the accommodation even more if kitchen/cooking facilities could be upgraded.

The house is very beautiful and feels like an authentic Halki house. There is good outside space and the house interior is also spacious. It is well located and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Really comfortable and charming property with lots of quirky touches. The house was really well equipped for a self catering stay, but was also only a couple of minutes walk from all the main restaurants and port and a 10 minute walk from the beach. We had a wonderful stay and I wish we could have stayed longer!

The toilet and shower were in a separate building across the terrace but it was only a very minor inconvenience and it definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying there again ( but not to everyone’s taste ) we loved the property so much and felt very comfy there .

The location was good , property exceptionally clean and had all the facilities needed for our stay. The house had loads of lovely features and character and is very welcoming we loved the books and decoration …we called it our little Halki Boho House 🇬🇷💙.

Alll windows are sealed and do not open. The only way to get fresh air is the front door.

The bathroom is outside the house, in the yard, but after a day or two you get used to it.

The spacious room (In fact it is a whole traditional house), the decoration, the location and the outside yard.

Sadly, the house is quite uncomfortable in that the double bed downstairs is situated against one wall so that its occupants have to climb over each other to get out (or in). The property has some hanging space but absolutely no drawers, which are essential to a island-hopping life. The washing facilities, shower and lavatory are all in a separate brick building out in the garden. These facilities are excellent - but difficult and inconvenient to access in the middle of the night.

The Hypate is a wonderful-looking Greek house set in its own small garden. The house comprises just one enormous room including a mezzanine bedroom (the second of two) It is full of interesting bits and pieces and 4 very readable books on Halki.

This superb property was just above the village , á minutes walk away. The interior is stunning. The little courtyard was a lovely place to sit and eat /drink.

A stunning villa tastefully decorated only a couple of minutes walk through beautiful alleys from the ferry. Very comfortable bed with all the facilities you need for your holiday. It was great to stay in this lovely traditional cottage.
