Didn’t like the fact that the bathrooms had no bathtub with doors or even a curtain, they also had no shower base to be able to get shower. When you were turning on water even for 1 minutes all the water was flowing to the whole bathroom and toilet. Also a safe was not available. No big fruit selection on the breakfast. From the alternative milks was only almond.

The location was great, 6 minutes away from the Aristotelous Square. The breakfast was also very good for 3 star hotel. Rooms were spacious, with great big balconies. Our balcony had a great view to the street.

Nice central location. Took less then 30 minutes to arrive from airport. My flight was really late, so I asked for transfer service to hotel. All went very smooth, driver awaited me as agreed, and ride was fast. I liked the room - good size, enough space. Big and comfortable bed, good pillows. Closet with safe. Nice bathroom. Little balcony. Furniture and equipment looked quite new and nice. In the room, there was a kettle, mini fridge, some coffee and tea. Breakfast was good, a lot of different cheeses, pastry, also hot dishes. Really good value for the price, in general I was very satisfied.

We stayed at the 9th floor and the balcony was a bit old despite that the rooms were new. Also there wasn’t any furniture outside.

We had a beautiful stay. The location was very good in a central road. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good enough for its price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

On the balcony of the triple room on the 6th floor, there was a large gap. Despite being a family with a child, this room was given to us. Since the gap was large enough for a child to fall through, it was very dangerous. However, upon our request, the staff immediately changed our room.

On the down side. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower didn't have a door or curtain meaning the bathroom floor got a bit wet. The other problem was that the wall seemed a bit too thin. I spent my last night hearing a group of very lively women having a party in there room next to mine. Over all these are the only minor down sides to an otherwise very comfortable hotel.

Being situated in the middle of the city meant I never had very to go very far find anything that I needed be it shops, bars restaurants or even to find my friends. The staff were exceptionally nice and helped me when ever I need it. The room was very comfortable and the bed was a joy to sleep in after a long day on the town. The balcony was a very welcoming added bones. The breakfast was also very nice. The Greek pastries were a personal favorite.

However, there is too much noise from the street. Also, the door of the room lacks soundproofing, so in the morning, you will hear cleaning ladies vacuuming the hallway. Also, there were many tiny hairs on the sheets.

The location is very convenient for exploring the city centre on foot. The pillow is very comfortable. Staff is friendly, and the view of Egnatia Street is fantastic.

The AC didn't work very well, the room was quite warm and the mini fridge next to the bed felt like a heater. Also a smaller chair to actually fit at the desk would be nice.
