Room is not quite as seen in the pictures (same class of rooms have different setups) Shower could be a “hi-wall” version or have a higher hanger.

No assistance with bringing the luggage to the top of the steep steps and to the road. However, I was assisted with the luggage during check-in. No concierge/front desk. Relied on one person who was already overwhelmed looking after more than one property. No breakfast as an option which would have been nice and convenient.

Room was exactly like the photos showed. Great location, steps away from excellent restaurants. The place is in walking distance to the center with nightlife and where all the cruise ship passengers hang around, yet still relatively secluded. Boggy was very attentive

The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to see and do and the sunset view was exceptional!! Communication with the host was clear and responsive. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay.

We have understood from this website that there was a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster but there wasn’t. We asked on arrival about this and they were able to get us a toaster but not a kettle or microwave. Also the safe didn’t work.

The location was really great. In Firostephani on a quiet path with a fabulous Caldera sunset view. It was easy to get to the main road and a car park for our rental. They let us check in early and arranged transfers for us to and from the port.

We expected way more from such a luxurious suite. There is no cleaning during the stay and also the towels, tea and coffee don't get replaced/refilled. The hot tub only reached the temperature of a swimming pool and not a hot tub, which meant it was not possible to comfortably use it. Unfortunately there was not offered a solution for this during our stay. This was very very dissapointing to us as the hot tub was the main aspect to book this suite. There was also a very strong iron smell and taste coming from the shower water and the ventilation system was very loud during the night.

The suite is in a lovely area and has been renovated recently from what it seems like, so the suite looks stylish and fresh. The view from the suite is also amazing

We were very disappointed with our stay. The only positive aspect was the view, which was indeed beautiful. Other than that, the room looked nothing like the photos from the booking. When we arrived, there was a strong smell of chemical paint, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. The room was extremely basic: just a bed, a TV, a coffee machine, a shower, and a small fridge with a single bottle of water. There was no iron, even though it was listed in the amenities, no kettle, no plates or cutlery, and the cupboards in the tiny kitchenette were completely empty. This was far from the standard we were expecting. Very disappointing.
