Everything was perfect. Tomas provided all the necessary information for our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were very attentive. The location is great, with easy access to the bus throughout the island. I recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment with welcoming terrace . Great air conditioning and lots of water provided staff even gave us complimentary coffee in the associated restaurant on our arrival . Thomas was great at offering advice and communicating with us . Close to Fira , a short walk with lots of bars , shops and restaurants . Local bus station is nearby with buses bringing you all over the island for 2 euros per trip.Try to avoid taxis as very expensive . Lovely breakfast in restaurant with positive cheerful staff , Elizabeth was so helpful and kind and always had a warm smile . Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable !

The room is a bit small. It was okay for us because we dont have many things, and also, we knew before that there would be a small room. I am writing it because if you have a big lugagge, then maybe you can take the other room with space. If you have a cabin bag, then its just fine. Although small, we slept very comfortable here. Also, it is 7-10 mins walk from the bus station. So you need to plan accordingly if you want to take public transportation. Again, no problem for us because we knew about it before.

The room was clean. I really like the entrance / gate and the corridor of the property. The staffs are amazingly friendly and helpful. 100% satisfaction on that. The room was cozy, with a TV, AC working well. The toilet was clean and with bath supplies and hair dryer. Theres a mini fridge and they gave us 2 bottles of water. We left our baggage in the Fusionella cafe (managed by them too) after checking out and before check in. It's located centrally near the bus station, 10 minutes walking. I got precise information and notification through a message and video from the manager of the property. We took room+breakfast. The breakfast was good, we felt lite but full. and staffs at the cafe were so nice. They gave us a free coffee when we came earlier than the check in time. If you guys from the cafe are seeing this review, take my love and I am very happy with your service. Keep doing the great work!

The apartment’s location is excellent—right in the city center, close to the bus terminal. It’s perfect if you’re catching an early boat to the next island. Tomas was very friendly and accommodating. I booked a taxi just an hour before landing in Santorini, and it wasn’t a problem at all. The only downside is the shower—there’s no dedicated space for it, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. But overall, the apartment is very nice and clean.

I had a little trouble finding the reception. if not for the help of the staff in the Restaurant in front, I will not know that the Suites and the restaurant are connected.

Not really too big of an issue but just a heads up the shower and toilet are not separated so the floor gets wet. Take out the toilet paper before showering!

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful manager, and great room service. The bed was also really comfortable. We were initially a little skeptical about staying here as prior to arriving we received 2 scam messages claiming to be from the hotel asking for our details. However we're glad that we came and it was a really comfortable room to stay in. Just make sure to only message on Booking.com and not reply to suspicious WhatsApp messages.

The bathroom was really small with a tap & hand held shower lever.The toilet was a little too close to the shower & the showers curtain didn’t do enough to stop the water from creating a pool of water on the bathroom floor, even there was a towel on the floor, it still created a slip hazard.

Thomas, the owner organised someone to pick us up from the airport as we arrived at 21:00 that night. He met us and carried our bags into the apartment. The room & fridge was the perfect size with a kettle & coffee making facilities. Accommodation came with breakfast every day & was such good value for money as it included cheese & ham omelette, yogurt, fruit salad, chocolate croissants, coffee & a complimentary dessert. Our room was cleaned & linen & towels changed daily. Accommodation was within walking distance to the city centre where there good restaurants & had a little supermarket just across the road.
