United KingdomThe Wifi was appalling. There was someone there "Fixing" the broken umbrella on the roof which was directly above our bedroom. The repair was appalling , nuts were loose and when ever the wind blew in the night the umbrella shook and made a loud noise which kept us awake, however I rectified this the following day by purchasing a washing line and wrapping and tying all the loose joints. The photos gave the impression that the hot tub area was private, how ever this is overlooked by another property.
Location was perfect, property was very traditional and perfect for our stay.

Germanyin the descriptions, it says 3 separate bedrooms but unfortunately this is a bit different. the entrance with a kitchen in it has 1 double bed, the living room has 2 single beds and the attic at the living room has 1 double bed. So 3 seperate bedrooms does not fit. 2 rooms with 3 sleeping places sounds better.
the location was perfect, the host Tina was soo nice and friendly. The apartment was clean, also very easily to cool down with 2 air conditions. the beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped.

CyprusThe place was full of ants , ants were on all over the wall and in our bed , we could sleep it was Disgusting. The house had a very bad smell!! A smell of toilet sewage. We could open the windows , the windows were in the yard where everyone enters the house. The bed/sofa was so hard my kids couldn’t sleep. The cushion was full of stains. Ok i understand they washed them and couldn’t remove the stains but why did they gave to used them??? They charge almost 300euro per nights how hard is to buy a new pillowcase? Or bring a pest control to clean the ants?? Full of dust and everything im Writing i have it on video. I contacted the manager she apologized but the anta were still scrolling in our bed!!

SpainIt looks amazing in pictures....but in my apartament u can cook from the bed literally. We miss a night lamp or something for a warmer light in the night in the apartament. You have the normal light or the darkness. So if u like to read in the bed or doing something with a cosy light, there is not. The screen of the shower doesn't fix well so when you are having a shower, the floor of the bathroom gets full of water even if you take care. There are not not even one frying pan to cook. Only 2 pots. The check out is at 10 am. So the last morning, we put the alarm to enjoy a last bath in jacuzzi and enjoy the sun a little bit and our surprise was that personal cleaning was cleaning our terrace and jacuzzi at 9, so we couldn't use it. It was so unfortable. The cleaning personal was throwing dirty water down stairs from the terrace... the stairs that goes to our apartament. At 9.45 hs the personal cleaning came to me and asked if we are ready to check out. Yes, but in 15 minutes. I mean, I want to be in peace the last moment in Lindos. So, she sat down outside of the apartament to be waiting until we left the apartament at 10. Really unconfortable... There is not intimicy in the terrace. People from others apartaments can see u and if u hace the window open in the apartament, people from other apartament can see perfectly inside of the apartament. Ahh!!! And the first day our jacuzzi was almost empty. We had to fill up with water and we had to find the way to do it by ourselves because the girl who gave us the keys didn't know how it works. I am very adaptable person and I tried to adapt to everthing and don't give importace to all this kind of details. But the last day with the personal cleaning was the last straw and for me this is very serious, specially for the price that we paid. It tooo much expensive for the quality of the service that they give.
I stayed for 2 nights is the house for 2 people. The place where is the apartament is perfect: quiet and close to city center and restaurants.

Wonderful facilities - accommodating and well communicated hosts! Absolutely wonderful amenities and the hot tub/ terrace was incredible to sit around at night! Highly recommend and we WILL BE BACK!

The spa was great, the fridge and air conditioner worked well. Cute little place in a good location in Lindos. That is we’re it ended. The TV did not work, there was no hot water, they then fixed it but only available at end of day. 9.00am on the morning leaving apologized and offered last Check out and lunch. It was too late, we had left. The worst part of it all was the stench from the bathroom that impregnated our clothes.
