The breakfast. It should have been a buffet around the pool not downstairs in the hotel across the road and you had to order everything which was annoying. Saying that nothing was any trouble for the staff though, they were very accommodating. The hotel lacked atmosphere.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Just a bit small. The pool was clean but it was all a bit sterile, it was great being able to rent a car right there.

Amazing staff, so friendly and accommodating! The hotel is in a great spot, a short walk from the harbour front so you are spoilt for choice with amazing food options but its quiet in the evenings. The pool is excellent and we did have our own small pool which was nice. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable, great bed! Also the car hire option is really convenient.

Breakfast offerings could be simpler. We appreciated the options and attempts to provide unique dishes, but the menu missed the mark on what I would want to choose from for a continental breakfast. Coffee wasn't made using the espresso machine in the bar area. Instead, coffee was filtered with cold milk. Offering espressos with heated, foamy milk would be a huge level-up in offering. Would like to see the bar area brought to life more. Maybe this happens during peak season, but not having any drinks on display suggested it wasn't open and not particularly inviting to want to spend time in that pool area. Big opportunity for more art and lots more plants in the rooms and communal spaces to make it feel more welcoming. Only one towel hook in the room :(

We stayed in a very spacious 1 bedroom suite and they kindly prepared a bed in the living room for the third member of the group. Both bathrooms were beautiful. We had a private pool with great sunset city views. The staff went above and beyond catering to our needs with taxi rides, reservations and recommendations. Shout out to Konstantina, the manager who coordinated everything for us and stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp and their hotel app. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at the brand new Quartano Suites, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering warm hospitality and excellent recommendations.
