I rarely say this, but i will deffinately return to this place and i recommend it to anyone. It was the perfect getaway for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The location is fantastic – right in front of the beach, where we could use the umbrellas and sun loungers for free. At the same time, it's just a 5–10-minute walk from all the good tavernas nearby, yet away from the crowds that stroll around in the evening. When we didn’t feel like going to the beach, we relaxed by the pool, which is also free for guests of the complex. The studio itself had everything we needed. However, our entire stay wouldn’t have been so pleasant without the exceptionally kind attitude of the entire staff, especially Alex, who is simply amazing. Always attentive to whether we needed anything, with an approach that makes you feel at home. We’ll definitely visit again!

What a wonderful stay at Havana Villas! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, and the pool is a great bonus. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary waters by the pool. The staff was also excellent—everyone was so friendly and helpful. We'd highly recommend this charming spot in Greece!

The beach bar parties - while lively, we would have appreciated a more diverse or authentically Greek music selection to better match the local atmosphere.

We returned to Havana Villas this summer because we loved it so much last year - and it is even better now. The beach bar has a new pool and upgraded beach furniture. Same warm hospitality, cozy villas, and peaceful vibe. A great place for a relaxing family vacation.

The complex is located meters from the beach and offers an excellent view of Mount Olympus. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and polite administrator. Our package did not include breakfast, but regardless, water, coffee, soft drinks, etc., were offered to us throughout our stay. As well as pleasant conversations and advice on beautiful places in the area that we can visit.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was flawless!

This was probably the most friendly place I have ever been to abroad. And I have travelled a lot. Everything was more than perfect - from the coming to the place (my villa was ready earlier than expected): me and my wife, recieved a very warm welcome from both the owners and the host, Alexandra. The owners gave us a free espresso and free frappe as a welcome gift. For Alexandra what can I say - the perfect host. We were to our first sea, with our 7 month daughter, and she was available all the time she was there. She helped us order food from local places, explained where to go in the region, where the supermakets were, gave us umbrellas on the beach, gave us welcome gifts and so on and so on. We were so happy, that I invited even my parents, that came two days later and she was as friendly with them as she was with myself, my wife and my kid. Location is 10/10 - on first line, with private beach. Amazing experience, recommend it!

While our stay at the end of the season was quiet and peaceful, I can imagine that privacy might become an issue during the busier peak season when more guests are around, as the windows of the villas face each other from all sides.

Havana Villas is an excellent choice for a relaxed family vacation, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hosts are exceptionally warm and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The villas themselves are charming tiny houses, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful yard, complete with a well-maintained lawn and a vegetable garden, adds to the pleasant, homey feel of the place. One of the standout features is the beach bar and the free private beach. Havana Villas is located at the end of the main street in Leptokaria, a 10 minute walk along the shoreline to the center of town, with easy access to local shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at Havana Villas. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and found the conditions really good. The beds are comfy, the AC does wonders, the bathroom has everything you'd need, and it is quiet at night. We slept pretty well. The beach is incredibly close. The hosts were great, very polite and helpful. They were always around to help, and they always had a smile for us. They also offered us refreshments, fruits and biscuits when we left. That was really nice of them. I appreciated a lot everything they did. I definitely recommand Havana Villas.
